Great customer service, they have an excellent team, the receptionist is always ready to help and guide you, they are kind and gentle, polite and very respectful, the team is well organized. I enjoyed my stay at Boudl, there are stores around the area, a minimmarket, restaurants, amazing location, loved it! Will stay there again!

Since the time we discovered Boudl Heraa we never wanted any other aparthotel in Jeddah.It has d perfect location for everything from resto,shops,has station,coffee shops,supermarket to name a few. No doubt about their cleanliness and tht is always our priority when choosing our accomodation.They are so clean tht I can even smell the pillows,linens and towel’s freshness from d laundry. Their front desk staffs named Ghalyah and Dalal were so friendly and very hospitable.Ghalyah even granted our special request and she went extra mile for it.A concierge man was also very helpful when I requested for extra slippers and he even brought extra tissue,shampoo shower gel,lotion and toothbrush set with it.Unfortunately,I forgot to ask his name. We will certainly come back here always!Higly recommended for families and couples! Kudos Boudl Heraa for your excellent staffs!

Like the space of the room and cleanliness, it always pleasure to stay here or recommend it for the family and friends. I would like to request additional city tour packages on counter for the hotel.

Ali from the reception was absolutely helpful. When he saw that we can’t get a taxi to the airport, he took the matter into his own hands and gave us a ride to the airport.

Old furniture & TV.. lighting is very dim .. no hot water in sink .. window ACs .. no variety in breakfast..

they did not provide enough towels for 3 people and ignored my request 2times to send us towels.
