Excellent. We like the location, cleanliness is perfect, nice smells in the lobby, basement parking is good, restaurant staff are nice, a lot of variety of delicious food for breakfast . From Housekeeping staff to receptionist are friendly and cooperative, Me and my wife would like to thanks Ms. Hadeel in the reception , we really appreciate her . She helps us to find another room because hair dryer in our room is not working and my wife badly needed it. Also all kitchen utensils is perfect and new. Has iron and ironing board also. Next time we travel back to Jeddah we’ll stay here again.

Great hotel, perfect quality v/s price, big space, clean, and near the airport, beautiful lobby with tipical decoration, congrats for this. I'm so greatful about the free coffee and dates at the entrance :), beautiful detail, I loved it!. The place was confortable and the best is the nice people at the reception, always smiling and willing to support. girls were very kind with me, I was traveling alone. I felt welcomed.

More amenities would be highly appreciate it, soap and shampoo was not enough for me with long hair. Only this could be better.

The hotel was overall very good, nice interior, nice room and bathroom, very handy to have a microwave and a fridge in the room - because of our little one.

One thing that disappointed me is that we had breakfast included, which was one of the reason for choosing this hotel, but because both days we had to wake up and leave the hotel very early in the morning we weren't able to make use of it and no alternative was placed - for instance I asked for a breakfast bag that we could pick up early in the morning before leaving the hotel but they said it was not possible. It would have been nice if they could have accomodate our breakfast in another way.

Good location, close to everything, spacious apartment, top quality modern furniture, very clean and comfortable, no carpet on the floor, only rugs which is perfect for me and people with allergy to dust, Yummy breakfast with good variety, polite staff, super quick check-in and out. We stayed in a junior suite # 311 perfect for couples, we enjoyed our stay and definitely we will be back again

The socket for the kettle was near the sink, and the wire was a bit exposed. It needs fixing, very dangerous near the water, also I wish if they had bigger mugs, one of the spot lights in bedroom needs fixing too. If they fix that I would give them a 10 rate with a smile

Diwan Residence was a perfect place for my weekend stay in Jeddah. Close to all spots and malls it is a hidden, neat, clean, value for money accommodation. The units are clean, spacious and they really exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was a surprise with full spread and courteous staff who made our stay a highly comfortable one. I will definitely come back whenever I am in Jeddah and highly recommend this place as it is reasonably priced.

The room is equipped with kitchen is amazing. We could heat up our meal. And the whole room is spacious that we could open our large luggage without problem. The room has living room that we could gather and talk comfortably. The location is very strategic because it is near to the shops, restaurant and airport as well.

Not much, Just the water was not hot enough for shower and we have received 2 towels for 3 people.

1. The rooms were huge, very spacious. The terrace was a treat! 2. The location was excellent, very close to the corniche, malls, and the airport 3. Staff was very friendly and communicated very promptly

1. The rooms could use some planters and paintings 2. Since it's a budget hotel, some fittings in the room were of low quality/finish. The floor was squeaky from a few places, and the water heater in the washrooms ran out of hot water rather quickly

The staff is very welcoming, and the check-in was quick. The suite was clean and spacious for 5 people. Towels and toiletries were provided. The breakfast was good with different variety of croissants and cereals. The hotel has restaurants on opposite road but there is no convenience store nearby.

The location on Google maps is incorrect

The breakfast is really good fresh and newly cooked and the venue is very clean. That's why i kept coming back in DIWAN HOTEL. And hotel reception they are all pretty kind amazing guys!Thank you and see you again in a week..
