Great hospitality and nice staff. One of the great things I found here is the early check-in process, plus the amazing location close to the airport. They have an open-air cafe with a sliding ceiling offering grills, pasta, and hot and cold drinks. Rooms are the big surprise. They are fully automated (smart rooms), tidy, well furnished, and neat clean. Breakfast is good with multiple varieties. I would like to give a special thanks to the front office team ( Akram, Maher,Ms. Ghazal ) , bellman ( Hasan ), and the maestro ( Mr. Ahmed) the room devision manager. Thank you for helping me to enjoy my stay.

Now this is called a true 5 star hotel. From the time you enter you get the luxurious feel of a true Arab hotel, very beautiful interior with traditional pictures showing the heritage & saudi history.The room was exceptionally good, as you enter your find the automatic curtains, automatic light system adds that feel of luxury.The rooms are very spacious and true luxury. I found it better than hilton or sheraton. The roof top has a sheesha lounge and an amazing relaxing area with pool on the other side.The roof top feels unreal with music and menu options. The pillows were exceptional. Been to many expensive hotels but these beds and pillows felt unreal. The staff also gives you a free coupon to use at the roof top for a welcome drink. The staff was very helpful and kind & welcoming.The breakfast was so good with variety of cuisine options. The hotel smells so nice when you go to your floor and the entire hotel smells very pleasant.I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I was a solo female traveller and I felt this was the best decision I made, it made my whole experience truly magical. The staff Ali and others were very kind and including the men who take your luggage. 100/10 for everything :)

An Unforgettable Stay I recently had the pleasure of staying at casablanca grand hotel in Jeddah, and I can confidently say it was the best hotel experience I've ever had! From the moment I arrived, the reception team made me feel welcome and valued. A special appreciation to reception team Shorooq and Gazal, who were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my stay. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference and added a personal touch to my experience. I would also like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Ayman for his cooperation and positive actions. His commitment to ensuring that guests have a memorable experience did not go unnoticed. I think this is what you can call simple home experience, they will check you in to a nice room very quickly and then they will leave you alone, no letters under the door , every thing in the room work fine so you dont need to call them, they even have a mini bar with some snacks and soft drinks which i have not seen in many hotels for a while now.

while it is environmental friendly, i did not like the corridors being dark and they would only work with sensors when someone walks in but if it is for the environment i can live with that.

Their efficiency during check-in, along with a warm smile and complimentary coffee, left a positive impression. 3- Cozy Lobby: Although the lobby is somewhat small, it exudes a homely and welcoming ambiance. 4- Clean and Cozy Rooms: The hotel rooms were clean and cozy, ensuring a comfortable stay. 5- Delicious Breakfast: The restaurant team went above and beyond to make breakfast memorable. The abundant, tasty, and fresh food, especially the omelette and falafel, stood out. The real fresh juices were a delightful touch. 6- I also recommend that the hotel management consider establishing a shuttle service between the hotel and the Arab Mall. Such a shuttle would enhance the attractiveness of staying at this hotel, especially given its prime location near the airport and one of Jeddah’s largest malls. The Casablanca Grand Hotel’s proximity to the airport and the Arab Mall makes it convenient for travelers and shoppers alike. Whether you’re exploring the city or indulging in retail therapy, having a shuttle service would certainly add to the overall guest experience.

While I was highly satisfied with my overall experience at the Casablanca Grand Hotel, there are a few points I’d like to highlight. The hotel management was very attentive, even reaching out to me via messages and a phone call. However, I believe they should focus on improving their housekeeping services. Although the hotel provided excellent service overall, the housekeeping aspect fell slightly short. Attention to detail and agility in addressing guest needs would further enhance the guest experience. Despite this, my overall stay was magnificent, and I extend my gratitude to the management for their efforts.

Very clean room, hotel and quite and simple From the check in to the room service and house keeping they all try to appear invisible to the guest so he or she does not get annoyed with too many people trying to bother them, food and Shisha in albustan restaurant is something for sure to go back to.

I feel breakfast buffet can be better not that it was bad no it is very good and i think they have the capacity to make it excellent.

Good location close to the airport. Courteous staff. The F&B Manager was very friendly & cooperative. Daytime duty one have forgotten his name. Reception staff was good as well. Smallish Hotel more boutique type with very good comfortable rooms. TV viewing can be upgraded with Netflix/ YouTube options. Channels mostly in Arabic. Breakfast was outstanding 👍

Internet connection was really bad, but they were aware of the issue and i hope it gets fixed before my next visit. AC is a bit too cold, the control screen does not seem to work, so i just turned it off, then back on again when i need it for a bit, I'm not sure if this is just me, though.

Very professional, very caring So welcoming i was surprised I received a whatsapp message from business improvement department first morning checking on me that I had a good stay and if there's any recommendations for improvement! That was awesome

The only thing was not working the jacuzzi and the hot water on the last night stopped working we did not report that to be honest
