Great staff who were very helpful and accommodating - we booked two rooms and requested them to be close together, and the receptionist was able to upgrade us to a suite, which was lovely. Rooms were large, comfortable, and with good amenities, and had great shower/bathrooms with Dove products. Porters and concierge were also very helpful.

Restaurant buffet was ridiculously overpriced, especially for low-quality, and limited options. I would not recommend paying extra for this.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Gateway, Jeddah and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and skilled, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Their warm and professional demeanor added a special touch to my visit. The room service was excellent, with delicious food delivered promptly. The location was perfect, conveniently situated near the venue where I attended a wedding.

I really enjoyed my short stay , the staff were AMAZING , abdullah the reception employee was very very welcoming and kind he offered us an upgrade which was PERFECT the room was great and i LOVED how quite and clean it is , they care about the smallest detail the bed smelled GREAT and fresh which i deeply appreciate in a hotel , the location was convenient and it was an easy access , i really appreciate how they care about their customers and customer services called me to insure i had the best stay . appreciate every single staff member so kind and helpful . they gained a customer for life .

I booked late and arrived early for a short daytime stay during a long layover between flights. Despite my early arrival, the very kind and professional front desk staff went out of their way to make me and my kids feel welcome. More than the room upgrade (which was wonderful), it was the little touches like the very warm reception they gave my young sons, who had just arrived after long international travel that really set the experience apart. The gentleman who helped us with our bags was also extremely welcoming. It was the personal touches to what could have been just a generic transaction that makes this place one I would recommend to any fellow traveler. Thanks.

The property is very well located near to the airport and a mall one short block away. The check in was very quick and very welcoming staff at the front desk to check you in. The room was very clean and well equipped with the usual items required for a visit.

In the room few things old - bathroom water not strong enough - little late clean the room but all are minor things can be solved quick

Excellent property with great facilities and the best staff I have ever met in a hotel. The staff all the way from Mr Nawaf in reception to Mr Yahya in the restaurant simply makes the hotel a joy to stay in. This makes Holiday Inn Jeddah one of the best places you could stay in and highly recommend visiting. Important side note, the shawarma and kebab they serve in their rooftop restaurant is simply out of this world! Highly recommended.
