The room was very big. It was very clean. The bed very comfortable and the cleaning person restocked on water in the room. It did not disappoint in any way. The breakfast is also excellent with plenty to choose from

the conference rooms do not have the ideal setup for the screen. People at the back cannot see the full screen, so it is a disadvantage. If this would be fixed, it would be great. Maybe put some monitors on the walls at the middle of the room.

Breakfast was very good, good service from the ladies also.

I went for evening dinner once and the food was cold....there were no heaters under the dishes to keep the food warm. I was the first one there...nobody else.....food was ok, not brilliant but it was expensive for what it was....£60gbp...too much.

Marriot has always been top on my list, the huge entrance and spacious layout! Clean and hygienic rooms.

No welcome basket, which is only reserved for titanium and platinum members, this was new to me, as I’ve never heard of it before. Also booked 2 rooms, one was very small and one big.

I enjoyed my staying in Marriott. They upgraded my room for free :) and gave me late check out for free as well. The staff are amazing, very friendly and helpful especially the reception staff (Ammar) Thank you for your service and hospitality. I do recommend it to everyone.

Nice, furniture is new No wear and tear yet Everything is clean Spacious room> i think they upgraded my room not sure to which one. Reception staff are nice and great people Luggage staff are also helpful and cooperative Lobby looks amazing. Timeless and beautiful.

It was one night I can’t remember anything that I didn’t like.

Everything was just perfect. Everyone super kind and helpful. Super fast service. Friendliest staff - especially the breakfast service staff was super sweet & I enjoyed every privat chat that I had with them. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would definitely!!

Location was very good, breakfast was good but time needs to be extended to 11 am to accommodate late risers

lack of flexibility in some hotel rules. like compensation rules if you do not incur expenditure

overall it's awesome. facilities, location, hospitality, service. and staff are so helpful and polite especially Shahad in reception she is very welcoming and cheerful

When I arrived they told me in front desk it wasn’t paid although I paid through booking but I was to tired to argue so I paid again and reviewed with them my billing details after that and they apologized and promised to return the money within 2 weeks and till now nothing happened!

I got free room upgrade, hotel, facilities, and rooms are worth it.

When requesting anything from room service or house keeping takes ages to get. Staff were nice, Khaled was super and professional however, some of the other staff were not trained at least to showe interest in listening to customers concerns.
