2 night pit stop in between 2 very long transcontinemtal flights. Very comfortable and clean facilities and good location less than 10 minutes from the airport, but away from flight path noise. Sparse, large open suite style room, with very clean and comfortable bed and linens, and super quiet for a good long rest. Cafeteria was closed due to Ramadan holiday. Room service was delivered thru a 3rd party online app.

all customers have one thing they appreciate a lot, and it is none other than good attitude of the hotel staff specially the reception where it all starts. hospitality/kindness/respect/understanding and hardworking reception is highly appreciated when we booked today, we were assisted perfectly and he knows what we need without even saying it. if im not mistaken his name was mr khalid, we arrived 3am and all was easy and comfortable. thanks a lot and we hope all staff are like u.

everything was good. just we had a not so nice comment when the recption was female and not that polite and caring to customers 🙂 cause we love this place and we booked more times already. but the last stay was great!

i wrote down my request on the board outside the room before i left for work in the morning. Unfortunately, the request only sent to my room at 6pm. very limited movie and sport channels. the wardrobe doors cannot be fully closed. Hope the management can change the hinges for the doors..

We loved our stay. Large and well-maintained service appartment. Everything was clean, making our stay even better. Everything was in the kitchen, making it feel like home. The 2 bedroom apartment is really big and location is good, no noise and quiet

1 - There are no electricity outlets next to the beds. No enough outlets in the apartment 2 - There is also no hot water, only warm water tending to be cold. 3- my bed ( single bed) in the second room was broken and not comfortable 4- when the cleaning came they didn't change the hand towel, even when it was used

Very clean and big room the theatre is nice

The water pressure and temperature of the shower was not good water was too cold. Sometimes the hairdryer didn’t work. The keycard would keep getting demagnetized this has happened each time we’ve stayed here

It was a pleasant surprise to walk into such a beautiful, functional and friendly facility. It is superb! I will recommend Daral-Salam for family trips. It is also conveniently close to the airport for stop overs.

Can't do much about the rather small elevators. Likely to be an issue when they have a full house.

The staff were really friendly and supportive...clean lobby and rooms ....bath rooms are generally clean....very spacious apartments....nice theme and cheerful ambiance for a furnished apartment... Loved the theme and the decorations....the lobby is nice and comfy..

The house keeping...you need to remind them several time to come and clean...I think they don't have standards for house keeping...you need to call them and ask them how to clean and what to change...the kids play room is dirty and hot and humid...the AC doesn't work...and no one is paying attention to it...the same goes for the outdoors area ..which they label as (outdoor garden) it is a sad outdoor place..
