I was kindly upgraded to a suite, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff at the reception were welcoming and professional, and the overall hospitality was excellent. Everything from the room cleanliness to the ambiance of the hotel exceeded expectations.

The only downside was the bathroom flooring, which was made of slippery marble. I unfortunately slipped due to water on the floor and was slightly injured. I strongly recommend addressing this issue for guest safety as soon as possible.

Location is perfect near the airport and train station , centred in the middle of the city Room was quite specious ,clean and view was nice Don’t worry about the highway noises cause the windows are soundproof The tv was big and they have a small bluetooth speaker which gives the right vibes The staff are extra friendly and the front desk upgraded my room

The pool is kinda useless not big enough and barley theres sun light

We stayed at the suite after I asked for an upgrade. It was such a gorgeous room! It was huge and bathroom was so clean and well stocked. Room even comes with a nespresso machine which was much needed at the time. We loved it so much, everyone was super helpful. The bed was very comfortable, we had to leave for the airport early morning otherwise I wish we could have been able to have the breakfast. The peek I got as I was leaving looked so good.

I wish there was a full door for the tub so water didn’t leak out

Bed was absolutely comfortable. I have hardly got any bed better than this. Pillows were very comfortable also. Room was of average size. AC was very effective in the Hot summer. Bathroom was clean. The staff cleaned the bathroom every day and changed towels and replenished the supplies.

Bathtub design is bad. Shower curtain is a MUST. Water spilled all over bathroom floor due to absence of shower curtain. Needed a work table to sit and work the space provided was too narrow to open 2 devices. Work desk with wall socket would been great.

It was a great stay and truly feels like a five star hotel. The staff are very nice and helpful and direct to action. I would always choose it when I go to Jeddah again.

The first room they gave us had some electricity issue when we turned on the blowdryer the electricity of the room shut down. It was a bit of a scare but they were quick to fix it and they helped us move to a better room directly.

I liked the hotel's location. I also liked the fact that the hotel has parking. Room was good. If you're thinking of staying at this hotel, get at least the Deluxe room if you can, it's worth it.

Breakfast buffet was good, but needs more variety and more fresh fruits. It also needs more toasters.

The location is nearby the airport and the sightseeing such as Jeddah’s corniche. Also, the staff of the movenpick were welcoming and helpful. Totally would recommend this hotel and most definitely would rebook with the movenpick.

Good to stay, good room and everything clean, and quite place for relaxing.

In terms of breakfast, there is one type of fish and also chicken, and we wish a future diversity with more than one type.

There is a lot of things that made my stay here exceptional I liked the classic design of both rooms and the hotel itself and you don’t see that a lot the staff were amazing and pretty much helpful the breakfast Buffett is magnificent with a lot of options to choose from and the chef’s omelet is a must try lastly chocolate hour was a great addition to add our experience in this hotel

there wasn’t many things I didn’t like about this hotel just a few things that I would wish that they fix first the hand bidet it should always be on the right side of the toilet not left secondly the lights were not sufficient at all as it feels dark even when all the lights were on lastly the light switches looks like they were connected by a fresh graduate as one light can be switched on and off by multiple switches were the case should be one switch one light or one switch multiple lights
