Limited food options and internet connectivity could be better

Room is very nice and clean. AC is very good and quiet

Elevator is not working perfectly and parking was so hard and you have to take care when you park on the bedroom

I loved everything about Signature hotel and was a good surprise for me! the location, the cleanliness, the comfort, the lobby and room decoration and paintings, the music at breakfast, and the service. The reception team were so cheerful and helpful at their best. The hotel manager Mr. Hasan Mounib is also a very friendly and welcoming person. He thankfully came down himself to pay the taxi for me when i first checked in, late at night, as i run out of cash! Thank you Signature hotel !

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. ABDULRAHMAN was most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, I hope he becomes the manager soon, lovely and great first impression of hotel very welcoming. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast.

Our booking had breakfast, we was told breakfast was not included by other receptionist, when we showed our reservation details Abdulrahman sorted the rest.

Rashad the chef at breakfast was fantastic, super friendly and very helpful, always chatting and asking if all food was ok.lovely reception staff morning and afternoon was so helpful and polite

The house keeping, even when asking for room to be cleaned on 2 occasions it wasn't, me and my mother had a twin deluxe room and every day had to ask for a towel. They provide one towel and a bath mat,very strange

Professional and 100 % service in every way - extremly kind and helpful reception & breakfast staff (thank you very much for meeting all our needs). Rooftop pool with wonderful view. We felt really welcomed. Everything was super clean. Great tasty breakfasts, quiet room, free underground parking, shops and restaurants nearby.
