The hotel is so pretty and elegant in its decor, the rooms as well. We needed to use the couch bed in our room and the staff were quick to bring us a sheet and blanket. The breakfast offered is so amazing, I highly recommend waking up early for it. The rooms are comfortable and homey. Very clean and tidy.

Sometimes there will be plates of unfinished food in the hallways from stayers but the plates will be left in the hallway overnight or longer before being taken away and cleaned.

The hotel is really well situated. With amzing furniture and good views... the rooms are amazing, clean and they have one of the best matresses... air conditioning system is up to the mark... the hotel is very calm and quite... my kids liked the pool... the room service staff were up to the mark

Good location. Spacious, nice & clean. It could be better if they gave it more attention.

The floor carpet is too old. It over 15 years old. I think it is a time to change to kill the bad smell. Reception, lobby & entrance needed renewing to be modernize. Breakfast is very bad.

AC is toooooo cold and also some of the house keepers need more training how to deal with the customers requests

Smell in one of the rooms (seems to be a smoking room) although I was very clear in my comments that I need 2 non-smoking room.. as a have children and an infinite ..

Reasonable rates- Money for value deal The suite is very cosy and fits my all family with complete convenience. The location is excellent and near the airport and most of the attractions. The staff is friendly, helpful, and quick during the check-in/out. Available free parking.

You should pay extra insurance during the check-in. However, it's refundable. The rooftop pool area and services need extra attention.

This is a Jeddah classic. Location is excellent. Shaded parking in the basement. Spacious suites. Good value for the money. Comfy bed.

It's old - they haven't changed a thing in a long, long time. Under staffed.
