breakfast is as great as always, coffee machine was down several times, but employees were always helpful to bring me my drink afterwards. quiet clean room, elevators fast, wanted to try the spa but didn't have much time, printing service by reception is brilliant. Staff are very pleasant and helpful although some lack experience and knowledge but very decent and friendly. Location is VERY GOOD. if you have forgotten anything home you can easily find in the supermarket Panda next door. Hira Street is packed with fast food restaurants. Internet works properly but not in all rooms, ask for a room with good signal. They have a great leader the GM. bathroom although tight but well equipped except for the strange standard of Ibis having one face towel in the room. Internet is weak in some rooms. but generally OK. some employees at the reception need to have more concierge orientation.

Very clean, healthy environment and quiet , near New Jeddah corniche and everything is available around the area. I booked for 5 nights. I asked about the clothes iron, they provided it for me. The housekeepers were respectful and dedicated to work. They clean the room any time you put the tag or ask them. The restaurant staff too were amazing, Much appreciations. Overall all , Excellent

Some focus from evening staff while dealing with us in regard to respites of reservations especially when we book through all Accor. One of the girls were lazy and a bit not in mood.

While the hotel offers a convenient location near the main road, it comes with the downside of constant noise from traffic. The sound of passing cars, motorcycles, and even honking can be heard clearly throughout the day and night. Unfortunately, this makes it difficult to get a restful night's sleep. If you're sensitive to noise, I would suggest bringing earplugs or considering alternative accommodations. It's a shame because everything else about the hotel was great, but the street noise really detracts from the overall experience.

Staff all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast provides a good selection and variety of food. Dinner options are a bit limited but food quality is excellent

Hotel WiFi was terrible. Signal in room was non existent most of the time. Occasionally a very low signal was available but it would often drop to nothing within 10-15 minutes. In most cases if I wanted to pick up or send email I would have to go down to the lobby to get a strong enough signal.

good stay in this hotel along Malik road about 15km from the airport with sufficiently spacious and comfortable rooms. the breakfast was good with a wide choice, the welcome and availability of the reception and restaurant staff were also good, the services were also good with swimming pool (a little small) and sauna and Turkish bath. The presence and availability of taxis to get around the city is also good.

the road outside the hotel is dangerous to cross, there are no pedestrian crossings or underpasses, to get around you need to take a car or taxi. public transport practically non-existent.

I was really impressed by the quality and service of this hotel. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good and diverse. The rooms were a tad on the small side, but having used Ibis before, I knew this would be the case. The bathroom was good as well. There are lounges at the entrance for waiting areas or quick informal meetings. The bed was very comfortable. I will return there again if the chance arises.

The lighting in the bathroom was a bit dim.

I love staying at Ibis, I go to Jeddah for work 4 times a year and planning on staying there every time. The staff are great, the place is clean, great breakfast and very affordable.

The only thing I would say would be small rooms and noisy connecting doors

Excellent staff, very good breakfast, good location, very clean. I will be travelling to Jeddah regularly over the next few months and hope to stay here whenever I am there

Rooms are compact - fine for the solo traveler like me but might be a little cramped for a couple

Nothing mainly. everything was amazing. I do suggest for future project to enlarge the closets a little so it can be easier to access. need more pillows
