I enjoyed my stay at the Sarwat Hotel. The front desk staff are very welcoming and warm. The room is very nice and all the facilities are clean and looking new. The hotel is a short walking distance to the Jeddah water front (Corniche). I spent a lot of time in the evenings walking around the Corniche enjoying the fresh Red sea breeze. The are restautrants and coffee shops in the water front area.

There are no restuarants or coffee shops in the immidiate vicinity of the hotel. I had to order food a few times . The hotel breakfast is limited in options and and not regularly replenished.

Great location with friendly staff. Was able to change the room at no charge to accommodate outside noise.

Parking lots were limited at street level and the underground parking entrance was extremely narrow. Although the hotel facing the public garden and a slightly busy street there was no any soundproof and all truck and motorcycle noise were heard in the room.

EXCEPTIONAL for our 6 days in Jeddah! Very close, walking distance to the seaside, restaurants and cafes. Special thanks to Mr Omar who made us feel extremely welcome and has kindly upgraded our room free of charge and gave us the honeymooners room as we stayed here to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. The room was decorated for us and we felt extremely grateful🙏. The room is very modern and clean, the view from our room is beautiful. Front desk and bellmen were friendly, smiling, professional, and always at-your-service. The staff sets this place apart. Starts your day with a smile! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Exceptional service. The staff could not have done more to help me during my stay - from a late check-out, to an upgrade for a better view, helping with currency exchange after bank closing hours, late breakfast option after my overnight trip to Madinah. Everyone I encountered was friendly and easy to deal with. I loved the location, near the Corniche without paying crazy prices. I would stay here again.

The whole of the bathroom floor becomes wet easily because of the way the shower is designed, but that is a minor issue.

I am filled with immense gratitude towards the dedicated and impeccable staff of this luxurious hotel. Their remarkable professionalism and commitment to excellence have not gone unnoticed. Additionally, the location of this hotel near the beach is simply breathtaking, imbued with an ethereal beauty that transports one to a world of splendor. The cleanliness of the premises is equally impressive, elevating one's experience to a level of immaculate luxury. Although we had a few hours stay at the hotel, more or less helf of day. Great location near to sea, walking distance. I would recommend others. Next visit to Saudi, I will plan to stay afew days in Jeddah at the same hotel. Why not.

Nice staff and big rooms Receptionist don't seem very friendly as they should be as they are in a hospitality business

However pricing is similar to bigger hotels like joudyan mall hotel which has proper restaurant and breakfast so pricing for room should be less We got sick from breakfast

The rooms was very clean and new with a good location, you have walking area : park and Cornish access . The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Omar Lafah which made my stay more comfortable , giving me all the informations I needed for a first time visiting Jeddah. I will definitely recommend and come back here.

Photos do not look like the reality. It was nice but the carpets outside the rooms are very dirty. The room itself was very nice, but the towels looked quite old.
