I liked the spacious rooms and quality fittings. The decor was classy. The South Asian staff were very polite and well trained, and the majority of the Arab staff were also a credit.

One of the older Egyptian receptionists had such a bad attitude I felt like walking out mid conversation. I have never suffered more rude customer service. He should learn some manners. The other younger Egyptian workers were very nice. However, they were easily swayed by the influence of this older worker and had formed a boys club. I was not impressed with his unprofessionalism and unprovoked derogatory remarks about me and my family.

I had a wonderful stay at SAS Blue Hotel. The reception staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. The hotel was clean, and all the staff were attentive and professional. The location was convenient, and the value for money was excellent. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable.

Overall, a good stay, but the rooms need better soundproofing, more TV channels or streaming apps, and additional dustbins for convenience.

Spacious space in the room and clean although I checked in a room and there was a already used soap in the room bath I didn’t touch it . Even though I heard experienced a lot of “mafi English “ the gentleman at the reception use google translate and are super happy to assist with anything.

The breakfast lacked variety, and I found the options limited. The first day was decent, but on the second and third night, I grabbed some apples from the small breakfast buffet and returned to my room. Construction outside the entrance was disruptive. Additionally, a taxi driver who dropped me off for check-in ran away with my 70 riyal change. Despite informing the receptionist, there was minimal response. It's essential for visitors to Saudi to carry enough loose cash for taxi transactions. Also please don’t expect to find your room clean You Must ask for the service at the reception daily

The staff behaviour was excellent. I asked them for an extra mattress and they provided for my son. The room was not noisy and it was neat and clean. The best part was availability of kitchen. The bed was so soft and coozy. The central cooling system was excellent this in this hotel.

There is nothing that i didn't like.

very good location walking distance from mall and restaurant, a lot of restaurant and store around the area, room is big and clean, the bathroom with shower is big size. the staff are very accommodating and friendly to their guest. i was able to make an early check in. definitely will recommend to family and friends if they are planning to visit Jeddah.

We had the previlliage to get to know the owner of the hotel who was an exceptional welcoming saudi young man. He treated us as his personal guests and offered what so ever help needed. It would be great to have USB plugs in the rooms for easy mobiles charge. As we were coming from Canada, our chargers needed an adapter that we didn't have

The room is spacious and nice, quite clean and quiet. The manager at the reception agreed to modify my reservation and reduce the number of nights I stayed. The location was perfect for my needs.

The staff at the reception does not speak English at all. I expected some cleaning at least once during my stay, but even the trash bin was not emptied. Unfortunately, there was no view from the window.

We had such a pleasant stay at SAS Blue Suites. The facility was nice, clean and welcoming. I believe it exceeded my expectations and it was definitely worth the price. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would like to thank Rudwan Al Sayegh at the Front desk for his great help and making us feel like we are home again! I highly recommend this facility. Well done!

Price and facilities were good

Our room had a door to another room, which was locked, but the noise from the other room was too much. Alarams were going off, and TV was sounding like it was being played in our room
