I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is really convenient - close to the corniche and the airport, so getting around the city was easy. There are grocery stores nearby, plus a good selection of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The room itself was a good size and came with a handy kitchenette. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, which made a big difference. I also loved having access to the pool—such a nice way to start the day. The staff were all super lovely and helpful throughout my stay.

If I had to mention a couple of small things, some of the furniture could use a refresh - my room had a broken chair. It would also be nice to have daily water refills provided. But overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would happily stay again!

POSITIVES : Deluxe suite, Large & spacious with separate living room; 2 bathrooms comfortable bed, good aircon ; good neighbourhood for access to & multiple food options. 14 min from intl airport : reception pleasant and helpful; Wesam particularly. NEGATIVES: No hot water ; at best warmish ! No towels. THERE WERE 2 ADULTS. Made 3 requests in evening and eventually 1 bath towel appeared on r door. Called 3 times next morning for a 2nd towel which arrived at 10:30 R cold showers occurred at 10:30 & 11 ; curtains r worn … needs some loving attention to details ; price for the inconveniences made it fair;

The location was splendid, all services were available around and a lot of food options too! The service was amazing and the staff was lovely and very helpful. I came in earlier that the check in time and the two receptionists (وسام و براء) honestly did an amazing job accommodating my needs and found me a room within an hour all while carrying a very light and welcoming attitude . Their demeanor was super friendly and comforting and they are an example of how every receptionist should be! The room was very clean and well kept and so was the bathroom.

There was no breakfast available but for me it was not a problem at all, as I prefer the local food over hotel breakfasts. Definitely, this hotel was rather for local people but I totally felt welcomed and comfy. The check-in took longer than normally which was a bit hurtful after a long journey but I guess this happens once in a hundred. Anyways, thank you so much for providing me with a spacious home (the room was huge and I loved that), away from home!!

I didnt have the option or was not asked if Im ok with going into a smoker's room. Would be great if guests are asked beforehand, especially in Europe its not common to smoke in hotel rooms.

Very affordable price for long stay in Jeddah, room size is fair enough for a family of 2 adults & 2 kids. Room service team are active & gentle, roof cafeteria is awesome and you can spend your valuable time over there.

Hot water pressure is not enough to take a hot relaxing shower. Room cleaning shall be requested from reception. Noise from upper rooms at night due to party or music.

The facilities are excellent. The level of cleanliness and comfort is outstanding. Price wise, for this standard in Jadda is reasonable, in Mecca a lot lower prices, but Mecca is Mecca and has its blessing.

One thing I was not satisfied with was the unexpected rise in price on the third night and therefore chose to relocate. The explanation was it was due to a festivity day. Reasonable if that is the policy of the hotel, each can make their choice if they choose to stay

Stayed here in February and rebooked for June. The service and facilities have improved even further. The receptioniats were incredibly helpful and the rooftop has been refurbished to include an indoor seating area with a café and the swimming pool as outdoor. I really appreciate how close it is to Sari and King road, and the variety of amenities local to the hotel. I also for the first time felt that my belongings were safe on my room. I will probably rebook here for my next trip and I'm looking forward to that.

The staff was very helpful, English speaking. Very good and fast communication with staff, they could recommend the places to visit. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kichenette well equipped, bathroom clean and functional. The huge advantage is a great swimming pool at the roof. It is clean, well organized. Available to ALL guests! The location is perfect - close to restaurants, shops, good transportation, short distance to interesting places. During our 3 weeks in Saudi Arabia it was the most friendly hotel!

Amazing service. I called to request an early chexk in and they accomodated my needs within an hour. The lady was very welcoming and polite. Room was clean and fresh. Good size room with clean and state of the art bathroom. Had Smart TV in room with netflix, tea and coffee facilities and mini fridge. Pool was small enough to be cozy but just big enough to be fun. Just over 15 mins from airport in local Jeddah neighbourhood, about 25-35 mins from seaside promenade and attractions, close enough to use Uber. We loved our stay, would stay again. There was a local laundry not too far away
