- neighbors in the hotel are quite noisy sometime, especially during (late) night time... Something must be done about that - there is a coffee place aside the hotel with a lot of noise during night time, up to fajr time sometime, which is very annoying... something must be done about that as well - wifi connexion is cutting sometime

Egyptian Mr. Reda was a very nice person. He allowed us early check in and late check out. Even He requested us to see the room before. Surprisingly he updated the rate which was lower than booking. Even he supported us with his taxi driving to airport. Bukhari and Bangladeshi restaurants are nearby. The hotel is very clean. Bangladesh staffs at hotel were very supportive. It is in central location. At this lowest price, the hotel was amazing.

Clean and good looking. All the facilities of food and supermarkets around. Best value for money.

My only issue in this place was mattresses. It has those big spring mattresses and I got a lot of back ache from these mattresses. The next day I asked for a thinner mattress and put it on the floor. But it was again painful, the whole night. I think they need to change mattresses to ones

the water was cut off, we spoke to the staff they were helpful and trying to solve the issue for the water but i took hours without water and it was disappointing.

Cleaning, furniture, ambience was good. Rooms are neat and clean Working staff is friendly. There are a lot of options available for eating nearby.

Though payment was done for two days I have been called frequently saying the second day payment is still pending when I was busy, although this misunderstanding cleared later however they have system with all records they should check properly before calling but this was minor issue

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The location was perfect close to all shops, restaurants as well as a market. The rooms were spotlessly clean well equipped and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and quick to respond to any questions.

The Stuff very helpful. Mr Alaa and Mr Ahmed Everything is nearby restaurant, shops and mosque all just near the corner.

Single bed mattress were too soft. If u put ac less temperature you start feeling some sort of smell may b ac filter needed to clean or replace.
