The place is compact and well-organized, making it easy to move around without feeling lost. The location is excellent and very accessible, especially for travelers who want quick access to nearby attractions and main roads. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. The air conditioning was efficient and kept the rooms and kitchen at a comfortable temperature, which was especially appreciated during the warmer hours. Overall, it was a convenient and comfortable experience.

The parking area is quite limited, and it was difficult to find a spot, especially in the shaded underground parking. Additionally, the steep slope at the entrance to the basement parking could be challenging for some vehicles.

- The room was clean and decent including the bathroom and the bed sheets - The staff were kind and friendly every single one of them especially who are in the reception and they would help you as much as they can. - easy check in and check out. - very good location close to everything and there was bunch of stores and mini market down the hotel that you can walk to. This was my second time staying in this hotel and this time was better definitely than the last time.

- there was no enough spots for parking + the area was a bit crowded which makes it hard to find a parking space even around the hotel. - if there was a blackout on the curtains it would be better to block the sun light in the morning. - there was no sound isolations in the room you can literally hear everything from outside the room and vice versa. - pillows where not the most comfortable. - the wifi connection was bad ( but it wasn’t a problem cuz I brought my own with me ).

Primotel Jeddah: A Hidden Gem I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Primotel hotel in Jeddah, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and efficient service. The staff's professionalism and friendliness truly made me feel welcome. My room was a delightful surprise. It was spacious and bathed in natural light, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the crisp, clean sheets were a luxurious touch. I appreciated the attention to detail with amenities like an ironing set, toiletries, and coffee/tea making facilities. The thoughtful inclusion of a prayer rug and Holy Quran was a wonderful touch. The bathroom was immaculate and well-equipped with a hairdryer and plenty of soft towels. The clever design of the wardrobe provided ample storage space for my belongings. I was also impressed with the ease of accessing Wi-Fi using the provided QR code. Perhaps the most surprising aspect of my stay was the incredible value for money. The quality of the hotel far exceeded my expectations for the price. I wholeheartedly recommend Primotel to anyone visiting Jeddah. It's a place where comfort, convenience, and exceptional service come together to create an unforgettable stay.

Large quiet room. It had a kitchenette (but no cooking utensils) and an empty part outside the bedroom. There were two doors: one was an entrance and another was an entrance to the bedroom. No noise was heard from outside and next door. It was not close to all the attractions but I got to take a taxi to everywhere anyway (it’s not walkable in the weather in Jeddah). Taxi is not expensive.

The shower floor was molded. And the shower water was too weak.

The location is perfect, the beds were very comfortable and so was the room in general. The staff were really nice, communicative, and willing to help in case of any issue.

There were less care taken of the room toiletries. For a room of 4 we had no towels at all, maybe the cleaning service forgot to put new ones after cleaning. However, after we asked for towels we got only two. There were also a broken coffee pot, but we had it replaced. There was also no hairdryer, although it is mentioned in the booking details but i still think it is an essential thing to have.

I really enjoyed my stay at First Suites. The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was near restaurants and groceries and the room was clean and quiet. I slept very well. They were also very quick to respond to messages, when I contacted them a day before my booking.

When I arrived from the airport, I could not see a sign that showed the name of the hotel. Everything was fine after that, but signage would really help, especially for people travelling to Saudi Arabia for the first time.

The parking was small , also the parking outside is not enough if you came back to the hotel let you might not find any parking around

The check-in process was efficient, convenient, and conducted with clarity. The front desk personnel were courteous and provided assistance in a professional and helpful manner. The accommodation was spacious, maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, and equipped with all requisite amenities.

I enjoyed exploring the friendly and peaceful neighbourhood, delicious food and visiting Corniche and Jeddah old town. I attended my friend's wedding which was spectacular! Staff at the reception were very helpful. A special mention for Mohamed Samir.

Location of the hotel is very well connected, also have nice local market behind the hotel to find the necessary items. The staff are very polite and humble special recommendations to Mutab, Ibrahim and the housekeeping gentlemen were also good and generous too.👏👏👏
