Its room was spacious and the toilet and bath too offered the standard vanity kit, amenities and hair dryer. There was Netflix on and the WiFi was good. Underground parking was lighted well spacious too. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The steam bath and sauna were great with an attentive staff👍🏻

The lady staff at the reception didn’t communicate well and was quite rude👎 They need to give them more interpersonal skills and service oriented trainings . Except for the receptionist, Mohammed , who was pleasantly nice when we checked in, other staffs even at the restaurant were not up to standard.

Spacious room and they try to make some variety during breakfast. But the dining is relatively small. The swimming pool was nice to swim and the guy who works there is excellent and kind. Very attentive and willing to help and serve.

I went out and when I came back I found that no one cleaned the room. When I called reception he said: sorry, we don’t have housekeepers now and try calling us in the morning!

Very spacious and comfortable room, friendly staff. We got a free upgrade which was very convenient! The hotel was a 20 minutes drive (taxi) from the Jeddah Corniche Circuit (F1).

Breakfast could have more options, for example a live cooking station for baking eggs and pancakes. Fruit was delicious. They serve plastic cutlery and instant coffee, which was disappointing. Fortunately, we had a little coffee machine (Senseo) at the room, this made up for it a bit.

Excellent customer service. We used luggage deposit, on site cafe and laundry service. Staff are very friendly. After I disappointed visits at other Saudi Hotels I was finally happy. Big thank you to the Bangladeshi staff working on site. They were a big help translating. Location wise it’s spot on as it’s located near the airport. Great Hotel for the value paid. Sorry do not have photos of the hotel as I was busy enjoying my stay.

Cafe did not milk alternatives. I can’t have lacto. So I wished they would have at least one other option like oat milk, coconut milk or soy milk.

The room size was excellent ,the rooms were Quite, staff were helpful and friendly, the bed comfort and the location was great. Check in and check out times were fast.

The big problem was the car parking. It is not enough for the residents cars, we had to park in a far place. There was no variety of selection for the breakfast. The same menu every day.

Location is good. Breakfast for outside guest ( not from arabic country) for breakfast must have pasta like vegiterian piza Or olio spagety or fried rice and atherwise you can serve arabic breakfast also. But now your breakfast 100 % arabic. Some guest its not from arabic.

Convenien and good staff

The rooms are big and very comfortable. Good options in the restaurant, at affordable prices. Prime location near main roads and neighborhoods of the city.

The parking garage was small and a bit too narrow.

Tbh loved the stay here. A very good hotel on Madina Road. I have been upgraded to Junior suite during my stay. And their suites are good. Nearby to all the Facilities like grocery, restaurants & others. 1 hyper market is near too. And on Sari Street, you will get lots of restaurants.

Nothing except the table chair, which is not comfortable as your stay requires business work.

Their behavior when didnot believe me that I have only one booking for 2 rooms for 4 nights, , NOT 4 rooms for 4 nights. Although they sent me on Oct. 21.2024 based on ur email to me confirming booking of 2 rooms for 4 nights. On my check out date they returned to me the cost they cut from me (837) SR, after exchange of Tel calls with Booking.com officers

Enormous rooms, massive comfortable beds, fantastic staff, big windows, a/c, free breakfast, location & sauna Really impressed with this hotel after an awful experience elsewhere (nuzl shada hotel). This hotel was great value for money and as a solo female traveller I felt safe and looked after. They even let me leave baggage while I did a 4 day trip to madina.
