Excellent customer service. We used luggage deposit, on site cafe and laundry service. Staff are very friendly. After I disappointed visits at other Saudi Hotels I was finally happy. Big thank you to the Bangladeshi staff working on site. They were a big help translating. Location wise it’s spot on as it’s located near the airport. Great Hotel for the value paid. Sorry do not have photos of the hotel as I was busy enjoying my stay.

Cafe did not milk alternatives. I can’t have lacto. So I wished they would have at least one other option like oat milk, coconut milk or soy milk.

The rooms are big and very comfortable. Good options in the restaurant, at affordable prices. Prime location near main roads and neighborhoods of the city.

The parking garage was small and a bit too narrow.

Comfortable rooms with large space compared to four stars hotel, good staff the housekeeping respond quickly to our orders, very clean, location is very good only 12 minutes drive to airport and close to the malls and the center of the city, quick checkin and checkout

The windows has cracking noise and the alarm keeps ringing sometimes, limited breakfast variety same breakfast everyday

I enjoyed my stay very much. The room was huge, very clean and furnished really nicely. The staff was awesome, i arrived very very late at night but upon request there was a Receptionist to welcome me very warmly. The breakfast was very very tasty and there is breakfast until very late, 11am ! Everyone was so friendly and on my check out day I was even offered Arabic Coffee and Dates. I really really enjoyed my stay and if you are looking for a correctly priced hotel, with nice staff and awesome rooms this is the place to go ! It's also to mention that there is a lot of coverage by Taxi Services like Uber or Careem in the area surrounding the Hotel, this makes reaching the main attractions like the city center or the Jeddah Corniche F1 Circuit a piece of cake !

Nothing, everything was spot on !

The room was refreshing and relaxing, you can see how clean it was up to the T&B. There was an amenity for kids and for adults which I like as well as the staff are very hospitable and accomodating and the location is within the center of the city. Over all a big thumbs up with me especially the price is very affordable..

There is a need to improve the frequency of cleaning the AC ceiling grills cause the dust is very visible to the eye as well as the ponding of the water in the shower due to slow draining of the floor drain

Location is on Madinah Road (busy but accessible). Rooms are spacious (33 m2) with nice view. Breakfast was excellent with variety. Parking available around the hotel, and underground parking (passage convenient for small cars only).

Internet inside the room was quite choppy (both on laptop and mobile). (frequent connectivity issues). Internet was better in the lobby. Squeaking doors (main door, wardrobe door, bathroom door) (needs oiling) Very small swimming pool with limited timings (7am-5pm)

The pool closes At 5pm how ridiculous! The pool staff seemed pleased that I was unable to use the pool by grinning at me. The next morning nobody opened the pool until 7.30 and the pool guy was on his 2 mobile phones and had tv on loud! I told him off and he grinned. The steam room/gym guy never showed up at 9 so I waited 15 minutes but to no avail! So much for following their rules so I was disappointed

Host Abdullah was very kind. The first room i got was stinky, so it was changed right away. Its value for money. I love they put everything you need even in an economy single room from shaving kit to tooth brush to shoe cleaner.

Not a fan of breakfast. Its okay but cramped in space, don't enjoy morning queue just for an extra plate of potato curry. If you're running late for work, you better just grab an apple.

Booked myself in Junior suite for 9 nights, room was immaculately clean, spacious, cosy and bed was super large and comfortable. Hotel ambiance was very welcoming as well as the hotel staff were very friendly and extremely helpful throughout my stay. Hotel is very close to many cafés and restaurants. Breakfast spread was very generous Definitely sure I'll book myself in the same hotel if I were to revisit Jeddah
