I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, especially for its cleanliness. The hotel is located in one of the most beautiful and convenient areas of Jeddah – Al Zahra. Everything is nearby – the beach, shopping mall, stores, pharmacies, cafes, and all kinds of entertainment. The neighborhood is also one of the safest. The hotel is spotless, and the rooms are very clean. I would like to give special thanks to the receptionist, Esra. She is very kind, professional, always smiling, and ready to help. She truly lifted my mood both during check-in and even when I was leaving. A huge thank you to this hotel and special appreciation to the receptionist – Esra.

At the reception, I told them to exchange my breakfast with suhoor since I'll be fasting in the morning. A lot of hotels give this option in Ramadan. They told me that they don't offer suhoor at the hotel so I asked them to give me a room only without breakfast. They then asked me to pay 180 SR (room only) instead of 214 (room and breakfast) as per booking.com. The hotel is really nice with all facilities available. Only the location is not ideal since its far from all the main attractions and I couldn't figure this out on booking.com

All the staff are very helpful, courteous and warm. They speak English so it was never difficult incase you need something to ask to the reception or to the staff. The Manager Mr. Hamdy was hands on and very friendly. He made sure that my stay will be very comfortable. The Arab lady and the Gentlemen in the reception are all equally helpful. The Price for the quality of the room is really one of the best I have seen in Jeddah. I think the building is newly renovated if not totally new. The Bed was very comfortable and the bed and pillow covers are clean. Towels provided and Daily housekeeping are done as well. The Carpet in the hallway and rooms are vacuumed daily by the house keeping ladies. The Hotel lobby have a good space and plenty of tables and chairs to seat around. There is also a coffee bar in the lobby. The Air-conditioning system in the room was also okay, never had an issue during my stay. Laundry service can be provided. The Location was also one of the key factor why I selected this Hotel apartment. Right outside you can easily find grocery stores, fruit stores, restaurants, fast foods, coffee shops, laundry shops. And if you walk for another 5-10 minutes along Helmi Khutbi street you can find more of these stores and restaurants. So, it's a very good location as well. They have few parking space in front of the building. It is only 15-20 minutes to the airport and easy to get a taxi or Uber in this area. The corniche is not too far away too.

The Internet was a little weak in terms of signal, specially on upper floors (4th).Sometimes intermittent signal in the room. I have advised this to the Manager. And he said, he will work on the improvement.

The hotel was close to all amenities

The hotel was undergoing renovations, and the accessible entrance was closed, which made it difficult to carry luggage up several staircases

The staff are friendly and they are on call all the time for help, the buildings are clean .

The heating water finishes at the shower in 3-4 minutes and no more hot bath showers,there are limited channels to watch no Any Sports channels like beIN sports or SSC or Europe football channels

I like everything generally but the special is late Check out time 3:00 pm which doesn't generally in hotels. Service was excellent.

Very clean and great place to stay and for the price it was a bargain definitely going to back to them in the future Special thanks to Haifa she welcomes me with a smile on her face and she was very professional in doing her job.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It exceeded my expectations

Maybe just the noise of children running around that woke me a couple of times.
