The location of the property is superb, the rooms are beautifully decorated and the shower in the bathroom is very comfortable with the perfect water pressure. The pillows in the bed were a little hard and would have preferred if there was a menu for the pillows where feather down pillows were available. The service in the hotel is outstanding and I would like to mention the lady in the reception whose name is Daniah, she made our stay extremely comfortable , she was very pleasant, very helpful and made sure all our needs were met. I sent some clothes to be ironed and was promised within 2 hours the clothes would be ready but it took overnight and were not delivered and when I called the reception the next day Daniah made sure that the clothes were delivered within 5 minutes from my call. I would like to congratulate the hotel for having such a helpful and pleasant staff. Wish her the best of luck in her job.

The Shirvan City Yard Jeddah is a fantastic hotel that exceeded our expectations. The interiors are beautifully designed, creating a warm and luxurious atmosphere. We took so many pictures it’s more than worth it :) 🏊‍♀️ The rooftop swimming pool is a highlight—it’s not only stunning but also has perfectly heated water that’s genuinely warm (not lukewarm!). Combined with the balmy 27°C air temperature, it was incredibly relaxing. 🍴 Baker & Spice, the on-site restaurant/café, serves delicious cakes and food. Their rotisserie chicken is a standout—we absolutely loved it! ☕️ In the lobby, there’s a tiny coffee shop that serves an excellent flat white and pastries, perfect for a quick pick-me-up. And there are several Assouline travel books to read while sipping. ✨ The hotel’s vibe is warm and welcoming, with super-friendly staff who are always ready to help. 📍 The location is unbeatable. Situated in the heart of City Yard, a gorgeous, walkable courtyard filled with cafes and restaurants, the hotel offers access to what we think are the best coffee shops in Jeddah. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Jeddah—this place has everything you need for a perfect stay!

We almost didn’t book this hotel because of a review mentioning a smell in the corridors. While the smell does exist, it’s temporary and very minor. During our 6-day stay, we noticed it only twice, lasting about 20 seconds each time. We investigated: this is the smell of the liquid used to polish the wooden interiors (like doorframes) and has a brief kerosene-like scent that disappears quickly. Even with asthma, I wasn’t bothered by it due to its fleeting nature. This small issue shouldn’t deter anyone from staying at such a fabulous property! I would have regretted not booking it because the stay was delightful. Perhaps management can think about using a different wood polish brand?

And as we were leaving the night manager made sure our Uber was all sorted even when they tried to cancel. We felt cherished and very well looked after. Thank you all. Food also amazing !

The staff was the most amazing thing about this hotel. From the reception to the maintenance staff, all of them were very genuine, helpful, and amazing. The hotel management's wise decision to rent and/or operate the F&B outlets in front of the hotel adds more joy. Staying in Shirvan Hotel was the best decision we have taken in our Jeddah Trip.

Overall: Very satisfied, it is our favorite hotel during our trip in the Middle East. Location: Quiet in the midst of bustle, convenient for travel. The hotel is located in the commercial center of Jeddah, midway from the old town and Corniche, which makes it very convenient for travel. The community where the hotel is located is very quiet, but there are many lovely restaurants and shops nearby, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Hotel Design: Modern and stylish, fully functional. The hotel's design is fashionable and simple, full of modernity. The quality of the decoration materials is excellent, and the design contains many thoughtful details, making the user experience very humane. Room and Facilities: Our room had a small balcony, facing the small business garden at the back of the hotel. The restaurants and shops downstairs emit a charming urban atmosphere, not noisy, and relaxing. The equipment and bedding in the room are comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, the shower height is especially excellent, and the quality of the bathroom fragrance and products used is very good. Staff service: Thoughtful and enthusiastic while maintaining a proper sense of boundaries, paying attention to the guests' needs without causing disturbances. The parking service was very helpful to us. Breakfast: The hotel's breakfast is set in the Baker & Spice restaurant on the ground floor. Hotel guests can choose any breakfast set meal. The ingredients are fresh, the seasoning is rich, and the dining atmosphere is relaxed. Highly recommended.

Super clean and amazing location in a beautiful neighborhood in Jeddah. The staff are great, valet parking made life super easy and the ability to enjoy multiple specialty coffee places within walking distance was great.

The spa hours are not very convenient if you’re only there for a day; but understandable as it is not mixed, so keep this in mind and plan accordingly.
