It is a very elegant hotel in a modern way. I enjoyed the stay. The visual identity of the place articulates its personality starting with the paper cups ending up with the elevators' buttons. One would never mistake this hotel with any other hotel. Apart from that, the employee were very professional and very welcoming. I forgot my luggage when I checked out, and they called me promptly after leaving the hotel. I will definitely come back again.

The breakfast area is a little bit small. Additionally, the food needs to be more varied (Adding foul and shakshouka, for example). Otherwise, everything else was superb.

it's so clean and comfortable i really enjoyed my staying here from a person who stay in Jeddah's hotels every now and then this is probably one of my best choices, reception very welcoming and helpful.

* Hidden entrance (sort of) * Difficult to miss hotel building ; no clearly visible sign. * Quite POOR breakfast, quality, variety AND quantity. If finished 1/2 hour before finish time, they don’t even replenish!

The location and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. They assisted me immediately whenever I needed help

It would be nice to have a humidifier to the hallway, especially in smoking areas. Cigarette smoke gets into the room, and it's not healthy

no Netflex. the sheets felt really hot. they should replace it for bed sheets specifically for hot places like Jeddah. this heat prevents you from falling asleep no matter how cold the AC is. i recommend a better bed sheet for hot weather.

As a budget hotel I liked Ewaa Express - Al Rawda. It is simple interior with good maintenance. Breakfast was good. Staff is helpful. Didn't faced any issue in WiFi. Unfortunately no big shopping mall on walking distance. In budget hotels bed and pillow are mostly problem becuase of their frequent use. But in Ewaa Express I enjoyed both. Full marks from my side for getting very good pillow and bed.

The location of the hotel was great for my visit purpose. Also, close to all needed daily requirement All the staff of the hotel are very friendly, helpful and supportive. always smiling The hotel has free self service laundry facility, which is a great option for me

Usually, I do not write a review, but this time I want to highlight about the bad manager attitude, he was rooming in the lobby and shouting on the staff with a show off. I think the management should take an action against him. For me I will not stay another time only because of this person, I know not staying will not affect the business but I am doing this in any facility that I stayed in it before.

Bad Manager, shouting in the lobby as if it is his own house not even caring about the hotel guest. I asked one of the staff which was very polite " is this your manager" and he nodded his head and apologize from me!! I told him that he should not apologize he did nothing wrong.
