I recently had the pleasure of staying at Assila Luxury Hotel in Jeddah and it exceeded all my expectations. The property is stunning, with spacious rooms that include a living room and kitchen, perfect for both relaxation and convenience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel truly welcome throughout my stay. The luxurious car service provided added a touch of elegance to my experience, and the food served was simply delicious.

First and foremost, I must say that I absolutely adore the reception staff at the hotel. Their warm smiles, welcoming style, exceptional work ethic, and unwavering politeness truly stand out. Now, let's talk about the breakfast—it was simply outstanding! The flavors were superb, the dishes were delicious, and every bite was a tantalizing and exquisite experience. What I particularly loved was the perfect blend of Eastern and Western cuisines. As someone who greatly appreciates the hotel breakfast experience, I can confidently say that the breakfast at Assila hotel is beyond exceptional. It will always be my top choice for indulging in a delightful morning meal. Moving on to the rooms, I can't help but express my admiration. They were incredibly comfortable, adorned with cozy colors that created a soothing ambiance. The breathtaking view from the room added an extra touch of magic, and the bed was like a cloud of pure comfort. Thanks to the excellent soundproofing, I could fully immerse myself in tranquility and thoroughly enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Overall, I must say that my experience at the hotel has been nothing short of delightful. The exceptional staff, the delectable breakfast, and the comfortable rooms with their stunning views have left a lasting impression on me. It's safe to say that the hotel has become my go-to choice for a memorable and satisfying stay.

While I must acknowledge the exceptional qualities of the hotel, there is one aspect that I feel compelled to mention, even though it is beyond your control. The absence of operable windows is something that did not align with my personal preferences. As an advocate for fresh air circulation, I find it important to have the option of opening a window in order to experience the invigorating effects of sunlight and a gentle breeze. I do recognize that the hotel's air filtration and conditioning systems are undoubtedly efficient, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment. However, there are moments when I crave the sensation of warm rays permeating the room, creating an atmosphere that feels refreshingly pure.

Assila is a beautiful modern hotel, quiet and comfortable with a very professional and attentive staff. Located in a nice place of Jeddah, for family and for business travelers as well. We really enjoyed our stay and we would definitely recommend it to anyone who plan to travel to Jeddah searching for comfort and tranquility! Pampas restaurant was a special place to celebrate our son’s birthday!

The hotel is super clean and very comfortable. The lounge on the top of the hotel is very nice and gives good view on the city. The valet service. Elevators are spacious and rapid with minimum waiting time.

Price is high compared to similar hotels which provides the same or better facilities.

Professionalism of the staff shows the high standards of the company and their senior management. They are not similar to other hotels were the most focus is how to make more money from customers. At Assila, the main focus is customer satisfaction. i am really happy to see such high standards still exist.. no wonder, one of the highest guests review score in Jeddah. Wish you all the best

Location is excellent and rooftop pool is really pleasant. Large spacious room and bathroom. Good and quiet airconditioning and enough sockets for plugging iPhones and laptop. Large desk. Pleasant lobby and downstairs food and beverages for receiving others. Nice fizzy grapefruit and rosemary mocktail. Attentive staff which have been there since the opening and remember customers.

You might miss a balcony and a more direct view of the Red sea. I missed Um Ali at breakfast or as a dessert. Can't think of more, depending on the offer it might it some seasons get too expensive.

Excellent overall experience, but I have to recognize the amazing efforts of the housekeeping team who always add something extra every time they tidy the room. The location is amazing, the quick response for any request. Unforgettable.

I have to say the water faucet and the pillowz can be better.

I liked everything. It was beyond my expectations and people reviews . Loved the furniture, specious space comfy bed 👌 , and location is excellent many places by walking distance. Finally, which I am supposed to start with staff hospitality is overwhelming from the front desk to concerge they all answered my inquiries and make my stay worthy.

I would say room soundproof is not good. I had to complain about my next door room loud music later than 1 am . However, the hotel staff responded in a professional way, and within less than 5 minutes, they resolved it . But overall, it was not a big issue .

The best service from all staff from the door to reception, concierge, to all other departments. The rooms size and cleanliness is great, the lighting and placent of mirrors is on point. The bathrooms design are excellent not to mention they are well maintained. Also worth mentioning that their concierge is the best based on my previous stay, and they are they most flexible hotel with check in and check out timings

Good design. Felt high end and interesting visually. Staff were excellent across the board, from reception to restaurant and spa. Breakfast was excellent and quite extensive, approx. SAR 200 per head ($55)

Everything was pretty good. The high tech spa shower, steam room and water pressure in the room shower were not as good as I would have preferred. The pool area is a bit weak, with cheap looking artificial grass.
