Centrally located. Close to shops, malls, the airport. Room was clean and tidy. Facilities were fantastic. The rooftop pool was just fantastic.

No shower curtain thats why my toilet floor was always wet. But will defo stay here again if i go back to riyadh.

Two years ago I lived in it. It was not clean and not new. Now everything has been renovated. It is very beautiful.

I recommend it for accommodation. It has a location close to everything. The furthest thing is 15 minutes from the airport. It is 11 minutes away from the hotel in the center of Jeddah. Tahlia Street is very beautiful.

It is an excellent place at a very reasonable cost, near several attractions. The place is clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious, and the staff is so helpful. A big thank you to Mr. Mutaz Alkhulify at the front desk for his continuous support.

Everything was good and you feel safe .. just beside ikea and jeddah mall so its convenient. we stayed for 5 days then another extension because its homey. On our second night the AC went off @2am and they transferred us in an up graded room ❤️ Also the internet is VG its continuous , it will not stop every day to get a new one. thats what my 14 years old son loves about staying here!

Location is very good. Walking distance to Ikea, Extra, and Jeddah park Mall. Room is clean and bed is comfortable.

Bed side night lamp is not working. However all other stand lights are working. Entrance of Parking is very difficult to maneuver for big vehicle.

Every thing. Location. Cleanliness. The food. The room I stayed in has a separate living room. It was excellent suite with 2 bathrooms. 2 fridges. It was my second stay in this hotel.it was Ramadan. I will definitely stay in this hotel every time I visit Jeddah.

No washing machine in the suite. But which hotel provide one anyway.

Good location, clean, spacious, friendly staffs, corridor always smells good, not bad breakfast selections.

Air conditioning a bit noisy, window facing busy street and not sound proof so might be a problem for light sleepers, entry/exit underground parking very tight

kitchen staff

kitchen staff was very rude ( he was from Bangladesh) I will never ask him anything again, he was standing on front line. I asked him to warm the food up which has been purchased from this restaurant. he very rudely reply sorry our policy is to buy new food. we do have microwave but we cannot warm your food. his face action was too rude. he said to me get lost 😡

Location, big room, price and comfort. Very near Jeddah park, Ikea and Extra. All in one place. Clean and comfortable bed. My favorite night stay in Jeddah.

Parking as usual. Very difficult to maneuver.
