I recently stayed at the Galleria Hotel for the first night of my honeymoon, and everything was perfect. The preparations were impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. I sent my mother in this hotel and she really enjoyed the hotel and its location. The room was quite nice, and the breakfast was very good. The staff and service were excellent. A big thanks to Mrs. Ilham and Mrs. Ohoud! They were lovely and very helpful, making my mother's stay unforgettable and enhancing her experience at this hotel! Thanks to them, I will stay at this hotel for my next trip to jeddah. And thanks to Abdelmalik for the warm welcome!

I was given a suite, and complementary plater of fruits. The hotel is located in a prime location with many restaurants around closed to a mall and many other shops.

Other guest could not get invoice under her name, hotel cannot do so, i had to contact booking.com but it didn't get corrected.So hotel added her name manually to the invoice.

Hotel has its own style. beautiful reception. Location is nearby some shoppings, but quite far from airport. breakfast was good,

we received double bed unfortunately, and when we moved two beds to join into one, there was plenty of dirt and garbage under the beds. it means only visible places are cleaned, some places like under the bed are not. for the value of price, comfort, location and breakfast variety, this hotel is a little bit expensive compared to similar ones.

We felt like princesses in the palace. Very luxurious interior. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable, in particular Abdullah and Yousef

The bar had hardly any drinks and refreshments available and had empty bottles on the shelf . The outdoor pool was very cold at this time of the year and the spa facilities were closed for maintenance, this information was not provided to us at the time of booking.

Excellent hotel, great location, impeccable service. Hotel room was high standard and staff were amazingly helpful. Perfect location both for families and business travellers like myself. Local large Danube supermarket and famous eateries within walking distance.

From the moment entering the hotel and getting served by the check-in staff. Every member of staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They were genuinely there, making sure guests were taken care of they went beyond to help me, and i needed help with my gift, which needed wrapping which the women at the left front desk did Thank you, team. All of you were amazing. Also, the supervisor, when I enquired about an extra night, I was told it could be done, so thank you again. I'll see you guys soon.

Great hotel and very friendly staff. Big thanks to Eilham form reception for her continuous help and being very polite and professional. Also Ebtyhal and Abdullah were helpful. I love how this hotel treats his guests and I will definitely be back here

The Hotel was very nice and clean, Staff were very professional and welcoming, big thanks to Mohamed from Kitchen, Abdullah from Reception and Farooq from concierge, they all made our stay feel like home, especially mohamed with all the free goodies he sent to our room, definitely worth it when in Jeddah

Breakfast was the same for 4 days in a row, they changed a few things on the 5th day, also very limited breakfast, can be better for a 5 star like this one
