I recently stayed at the Galleria Hotel for the first night of my honeymoon, and everything was perfect. The preparations were impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. A special thanks to Ms. Ohoud, who was incredibly helpful and attentive to every detail, making the experience stress-free and enjoyable. I sent my mother in this hotel and she really enjoyed the hotel and its location. The room was quite nice, and the breakfast was very good. The staff and service were excellent. A big thanks to Mrs. Ilham and Mrs. Ohoud! They were lovely and very helpful, making my mother's stay unforgettable and enhancing her experience at this hotel! Thanks to them, I will stay at this hotel for my next trip to jeddah. And thanks to Abdelmalik for the warm welcome!

Hotel has its own style. beautiful reception. Location is nearby some shoppings, but quite far from airport. breakfast was good,

we received double bed unfortunately, and when we moved two beds to join into one, there was plenty of dirt and garbage under the beds. it means only visible places are cleaned, some places like under the bed are not. for the value of price, comfort, location and breakfast variety, this hotel is a little bit expensive compared to similar ones.

I was given a suite, and complementary plater of fruits. The hotel is located in a prime location with many restaurants around closed to a mall and many other shops.

Other guest could not get invoice under her name, hotel cannot do so, i had to contact booking.com but it didn't get corrected.So hotel added her name manually to the invoice.

We felt like princesses in the palace. Very luxurious interior. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable, in particular Abdullah and Yousef

The bar had hardly any drinks and refreshments available and had empty bottles on the shelf . The outdoor pool was very cold at this time of the year and the spa facilities were closed for maintenance, this information was not provided to us at the time of booking.

From the moment entering the hotel and getting served by the check-in staff. Every member of staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They were genuinely there, making sure guests were taken care of they went beyond to help me, and i needed help with my gift, which needed wrapping which the women at the left front desk did Thank you, team. All of you were amazing. Also, the supervisor, when I enquired about an extra night, I was told it could be done, so thank you again. I'll see you guys soon.

The Hotel was very nice and clean, Staff were very professional and welcoming, big thanks to Mohamed from Kitchen, Abdullah from Reception and Farooq from concierge, they all made our stay feel like home, especially mohamed with all the free goodies he sent to our room, definitely worth it when in Jeddah

Breakfast was the same for 4 days in a row, they changed a few things on the 5th day, also very limited breakfast, can be better for a 5 star like this one

A real luxury hotel. The receptionist was helpful and scanned documents for me. The porters took care of my luggage and my guests visiting me at the hotel. The rooms are well air-conditioned, the room desk has all the plugs required to work properly. The 2nd floor has a small business centre to sit and talk. Guests can also get a free coffee and dates in the lobby. The only down-side was that the breakfast did not have enough on offer. It could benefit of more fruits and healthy options. However the fresh juices were wonderful. A tricky bit is that the entrance is not on the main road but on the side road and taxi drivers do not know that. Would love to come here again.

Architecture of course is amazing, hard to live up to that, replica of the Galleria in Milan.Room was excellent too. One of the first times ever that it was close to an elevator, without having to walk for miles. Lighting system easy to use. great bed, and bath.Staff were very friendly. Room service was good.

No room service menu in the room, and when called they didn't pick up. After having the main switchboard try them again, they finally answered and just guessing what they might have, without a menu, and ordering something simple, it was chaos. Lots of shouting on the other end of the line to the chef,"do we have..?" Bathroom amenities and towels stingy.Breakfast was minimal, for what it costs. Coffee and orange juice aren't customary for Saudi's but essential for expats, and if the Kingdom wants to attract more tourists it has to adjust. Buffet very unimpressive.
