The property in very convenient location, everything are around you.

The main entrance is not safe and it is very hard for cars to use the entrance elevated which makes hard for cars to enter most car gets stuck. We have informed the recepion.

Stayed there for 4 nights. First day I liked the breakfast. But 2nd day onwards realised that they hardly change the breakfast. Not even yellow lentil curry is changed. Only small tweaks are done here & there. Atleast for Indians change the type of lentil curry (dal) There are so many varieties of it. Even simple things like Muesli was missing on many days. One day stay is good… for long stayers - breakfast is just boredom. So many changes could be done to make it exciting for guests. Please tell the Chef.

Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. The lady at the reception upgraded our room free of charge which was amazing specially with young children.

It's not the hotel's fault but there is a flashing light that used to shine into our room window throughout the night, curtains didn't entirely block it. The shattaf at the toilet was leaking but to be fair we didn't tell the reception. I'm sure there would have fixed it.

Room location is Good. viewing the city...cleanliness iis ok

The pool early closing... we went there at 6pm and already closed..and said poorl will be opened at 9 am..we went there at 9am..10th floor and nobody around..and we contacted the customers service/reception and said coming....when they come they can't find the door key to swimming poor.. we waited for about 10min...they also informed that they are closed because there is no life guard to attain us...almost I got upset for I went there with my kids for overnight to enjoy swimming with kids...Fortunately they opened when I got upset...I said to them why you did not mentioned that you are closed on fridays when i process the booking...

Great hotel if you are for business in Jeddah. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. The staff is polite and accommodating. The breakfast is good and has a nice variety of things. What made me rate the place a 10 is that they were very flexible for their guests. I was allowed to check in at 10:00am without any issues and I was allowed to check-out at 5:00pm (because I had a late flight), again without any additional payment or discussions. This to me deserve some recognition as that is a very nice service! Also good to know that there are many restaurants at walking distance of the hotel, so it's in general a good location to be in.

Staff very accommodating and smiling especially Malak in the reception and the restaurant staffs. when we asked for late checkout they were accommodating also. Location is great and size of room was good

Carpet was stained, bathroom was not clean especially in shower area and water in shower and sink was going down slowly which means it clogged and not clean . Cleaning guy was a bit rude he gave us one towel only and one I asked for another one he was not happy and refused to give .

No Value for money I wanted to stay for 1 less night, the staff was trying to help but booking.com was unresponsive and helpful about the stay
