The hotel was pretty and had an overall nice vibe. I liked the decor of the main lobby and the lobby of the residential floors.

I didn't like the fact that the hotel ran out of toilet paper. Also, when we checked in the room wasn't ready. They seem to have been rushing to remedy the situation. However, I believe because of this they missed cleaning the bathroom, providing toilet tissue and enough towels. However, overall it was a pleasant stay and I would stay again.

I had an excellent stay! The hotel was wonderful, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Abdulrahman stood out as exceptional and made our experience truly memorable!

The only minor issue was that we were two guests in the room, but only one towel was provided. It would be great to ensure enough towels are available for the number of guests!

The rooms were comfortable and clean. Privacy was great, there was not even a minor disturbance. Staff was extremely friendly, especially Mr. Hesham at the reception. Room food delivery was the best for me, as the food arrived within 10 minutes, and also at very cheap rates. I will be definitely staying at Hotel Velvet for all my upcoming visits to Jeddah.

The hotel was amazing Mrs Ghada in reception was very cooperative and once we arrived we didn't wait just few minutes and the room was ready Location very close to everything The room was great and accomodate a family and the bed was double twins and the hotel offered a mattress for my children The swimming pool fantastic and in closed area and there was a jakosy one of the best hotels in jeddah Isa will be my 1st choice to stay in jeddah next time And highly recommend this hotel

The breakfast was not nice and wish to improve the quality and variety

I arrived in the Ramadan period and the staff was very friendly and served the breakfast in the room. They helped us with some information and a call to the rental company to cross check where to deliver the car. Sometime speaking local language helps more than English's.

I had the reservation via booking and seems that was needed an extra confirmation which was weird, since in Europe is not needed. Therefore our rooms were already booked to others, but the staff was very nice and redirect to another hotel. They went with us and offered the same price as Velvet hotel. In Saudi seems that are preferred other hotel reservation websites like expedia.com, edreams.com and less booking.com. Keep this in mind if you plan to travel and reserve the rooms via booking. If you contact the hotel via email, they reply with automatic messages, not personal as it is done in other hotels/countries.

Location was very convenient

Safe wasn’t working and hotel administration didn’t really replace it or fix it even with the many requests to do so. Morning shift of reception wasn’t well trained to take guests requests seriously even the simple one.

Everything was perfect starting with the reception you will meet Hamza a very nice guy and helpful, and Mohamed yasser the supervisor very helpful and keen on making your stay very comfortable , also chef Medhat does such a very good meals anytime just ask him , really enjoyed my stay there felt like home .

Nothing really

the reception guys were not at all helpful. they charge me again to pay for my stay even if I have booked already thru booking.com. they claimed that there is no booking reserved for me despite the fact that I have paid for my stay before I even arrived. then few days after, I asked the front desk manager to check for me and he said it is there. this is not a good way really does the staff to treat a customer and for that I say they are not good and helpful. lazy people really. and that was a 6 night stay I paid again.

I know this Hotel since open, you can say 80% from my stay in Jeddah i book in it is one of the best for me by location hospitality and price. I recommend this place always you can find parking and rooms is good in size and condition.

in common there is nothing I don't like but this time of cleaning stuff I asked him to clean the room but he didn't.

the staff in the reception the girl is welcoming and cooperative and helpful
