I loves this hotel. Short taxi ride to Serafi Mall. My room was so spacious & clean. I arrived beyond the check in time but was given a room right away. Special thanks to the lovely daytime receptionists Afnan & Fanan who helped me order food as most restaurants were closed during fasting hours. Afnan especially made me feel welcome & helped me with all my daily needs. Thank you so much Afnan! I will miss your smiley happy face. Also thanks to Bellman Mahboub who was always ready to help me with SAR-USD exchange. It was super useful.

The location and the staff were excellent... And I would like to thank Mr. Mahmoud and the lady in the morning shift and their team for hospitality and all the facilities in the hotel are excellent and l strongly recommend this hotel.

Jeddah's traffic is busy, you need to avoid the busiest period to reach the hotel. Still the Parking is the main problem in this hotel as I mentioned in my previous review and stay

The worst thing was the Parking is a very bad (very tight and small) the entrance and exit are together. It was a nightmare. Even the area around the hotel you can't manage to park in it. Apart from that everything was perfect.

Rooms are comfortable, overall cleanliness was good, location is amazing.

Food quality is bad, staff is not cooperative at all, security staff is terrible especially with guests, had a problem with the TV channels so called the operator to send someone to fix it but no one came, underground parking was under renovation “floor paint” so most of the time it was inaccessible.

I hated every moment up until I was given a third bed as per my booking request as I requested the hotel to add one additional adult to the booking, they increased the price however did not give us a third bed saying in my email I did not request for a bed.I thought it was utterly nonsense. Hence I had to sleep on a tiny couch for one night

I met various staff members on reception they were trying to calm me down but one of the porters was extremely rude to me.

Absolutely in love with this particular hotel. It's adjacent to Tahlia one of the main characteristic main street in Jeddah where you can find lots of luxurious restaurants, fancy stores, etc. incredible location. The facility offers various services and activities near the hotel. The room is spacious and clean as it was brand new hotel. The staff are utterly delighted and helpful. This hotel deserves every penny spent on it.

The hotel is very good and staff is even better. Having all necessary requirements for a hotel to be. Swimming pool, gym operational but I think spa and Sona is not operational or maybe a paid service on demand. Restaurant is within and complementary breakfast is best buffet. Rooms are exceptional.

Swimming pool was not clean or maybe I should have asked staff to clean it before time.

The room is spacious and location is good But the most thing I liked is how friendly and helpful the staff is I had an issue in my room and they helped me and my family immediately and offered a new room

Some rooms need more maintenance and cleaning care The parking basement is very small and tight with difficult entrance and exit

The hotel, service and facility were all exceptional. Loved everything about it and book again when I g back to Jeddah.

The food particularly room service "dinner" was a bit expensive. The location was a bite out from the city centre and shopping centre.

Though location was a bit difficult using google map, it took a while locating the hotel coming from Makkah but eventually the facilities, the room and affordability and quality of food at the restaurant made value for money for our stay.
