A lot off Mosquitos!. in the rooms that have beaten my daughter, she was crying all night from the eaching that made our stay uncomfortable.

Well placed at jeddah...very nice and clean hotel...our 2 room suite was fabulous...furniture, crockery and kitchen were upto the mark...staff from reception to room service to breakfast guys were very cooperative.. Mr Dawood supervisor was always around...Miss Dalae at breakfast buffet was very helpful.. basement parking is available... well done to all the staff...

Basement parking is little tight because of too many pillars... hotel should also serve lunch and dinner...or atleast snacks like sandwiches, French fries and burgers etc should be available...tukshop is not available for kids ..these things can be made available at coffee shop at ground level

Booked a King Suite. Room spaces are the best! Clean and complete with basic utensils and major kitchen appliances. Location is perfect. Kids enjoyed the pool. Aisha in the reception office is very accommodating, professional and hospitable. Kudos to the interior designer and the ones responsible to its wonderful furnitures. Will be our hotel of choice in our next visit.

Highly Recommended .The hotel and its services are truly impressive. The yard with all the greenery and pool is fantastic. I liked having the morning coffee and afternoon tea at the yard.The facility offers ample space, with all needed equipment's (washing machine, microwave, fridge etc) and the staff goes above and beyond to provide a warm welcome. The buffet exceeded my expectations with its incredible variety of food. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

It's really one of the best hotel I have stayed in . room space was exceptional , Staff are very friendly especially Mr. David was very kind and supportive all the time . Location also very great in the center for every thing .

Nice retreat location, also perfect for my business needs. Beautiful outdoor pool area. The staff was very professional and attentive. The food offer was good.

Minor things that have a very easy fix: Couldn't find the TV remote for any of the TVs. There were no bath towels in the room, only a bath robe. Some lights had a blinking lightbulb. Everything else was perfect.

The hotel is nice , but the value is high little bit , the value of the small bottle of water, 11SR , small bottle of juice 11 SR .which considered high prices The value of the room also high But the end the hotel is good and the stuff is perfect, welcoming and respectful.

The reception staff Samira, Khaled and the rest of their colleagues, the visitor service, the room service as well as the manager are great...they do their best to satisfy the visitors.

Although restaurants application services are allowed... the hotel needs to restart the hotel's restaurant.

I asked for the room to be tidied but they never did. when I ask for towels or water it takes very long that I have to call multiple times
