The Room I was checked in smelt like rotten furniture. I’m sure it’s because of the humidity but it was too extreme and the floor parquet was dirty and looks like it swallowed water previously, hence the rotten smell.

Bad smell and poor cleanliness.

We were travelling as a group of six and the apartment was great, very big with 3 bedrooms, each ensuite, also a kitchen area and seating area. The staff were courteous and helpful. Everything was clean and comfotable. The breakfast provided a large choice in buffet style. There is car parking under the hotel, with security. Overall it was good value for money and fairly close to the airport as we arrived late at night. It was nice to have a pool in the centre of the hotel to relax around. Would recommend.

The pool could have been cleaner.

Very nice room, quite spacious bed room, quite upscale amenities. spacious and comfortable couch. Plates and cutleries are made available. Very good bed and bathroom linen. Check-in was okay, not very courteous. However, the lady during the check out was very courteous. Toiletries were good. Pool had multiple options with different depths. The house keeping was quick and courterous.

- Water wasn't draining well in the washroom, the slop wasn't well done. - Head shower didn't work, - Water was very hot either side - Food was quite below par, so was the breakfast. Spread wasn't good enough. - Restaurant staff aren't courteous,

Aisha at the front desk was so helpful- and with perfect English. That made our stay easy. Please promote her. Dawood was also very friendly- and as we could both speak Urdu, we could communicate. The other staff had more difficulty communicating with me - but that is my fault! I am in their country and can’t speak Arabic! I read the other reviews on Google. I don’t agree with them. 1. Clean- I found it very clean. I asked for the room to be made up- and it was - to a high standard- so either they have improved or other guests were more picky 2. Design: Amazing suite- the designer had a very good eye - the 2 bed suite was stunning - and the hotel itself looks like a “boutique” hotel- well done! The red kitchen is one I would want in my house. The central pool is very picturesque- not one for doing exercise swimming but great for kids- I saw dads and kids having a good time The lobby is large and that impressed as well walked in 3. Location - I liked it- fairly central So could get to north corniche or the the old Balad area in 15-20 min in opposite directions- airport is 30 min away- SAR50 in an Uber XL (Dec 2023) The Haram in Mecca is about 1 hour and SAR 300 with a local driver (Dec 2023) 4. Free Arabic coffee in reception

Minor gripes only- I would stay again! 1. It is not a 5 star breakfast - but it is more than adequate for this type of hotel. -Label the dishes - point out what is what and where the coffee and tea are… easy to fix 2. The hot water is via an immersion heater in the room -leave it on and you will get hot water- but the hotel did not say that as we checked in 3. We got a few odd phone calls to our room with no explanation -I took the phone off the hook- I think it was another guest misdialing - we did not get to the bottom of it.

A lot off Mosquitos!. in the rooms that have beaten my daughter, she was crying all night from the eaching that made our stay uncomfortable.

The studio apartments are nice with so much room. The pool area is awesome.

There were moulds and condensation on the floors and ceiling, and producing smell of moulds all through the stay . Swimming pool area is nice but has broken tiles with holes a hazard for kids and adults. The wardrobe doors in all 3 studio apartments we booked were hard to open, we struggled to open. The studio apartment door where our sons were was difficult to open, after swiping the green will show but the door wouldn’t open. It was frustrating always going back to the reception for that.

The hotel is extremely well located, among many other establishments that are significantly more expensive. Finding somewhere that is reasonably-priced and of good standard in Jeddah can be a challenge, but this spot hit the brief. Overall the experience was good. The staff was especially friendly, and I will happily stay there again.

Like most Saudi hotels, the reception area is better than the rooms, and this was the case here as well. With that said, our apartment was comfortable, clean and safe; and even though it could've had a bit more character, we really couldn't complain.

The outside pool area was very nice to sit, just like the advertised picture reception had nice seating area and the complimentary arabic coffee and dates was a nice touch. Person we met in the reception, from Bulgaria, he was very helpful and ready to attend to any needs we had. He was telling us information on where we could go and called taxi for us when we needed, he was great so special thanks to him. 5 minutes walk to big shopping area with a big supermarket and food options which were convenient. Buffet breakfast was good, many options and not too excessive, also with good staff managing the breakfast area kitchen comes fully equipped with cooking pots, bowls, cutlery.. everything that you need.

Immediately when we arrived in our room, there was a weird wet grass smell, not sure where it was coming from but it lasted for the entire duration of the stay. we noticed later that the smell had actually transferred to all the clothes we had in our suitcase, even long after left the hotel and it required a wash to get it out

I had an exceptional stay at Andalus Habitat Hotel in Jeddah, and I cannot recommend it enough. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with all the amenities one could ask for. However, what truly made our experience unforgettable was the outstanding service provided by Manager Dawood. He went above and beyond to ensure that my family and I were comfortable and had everything we needed. His attentiveness and care made all the difference in our stay. We felt truly valued as guests, and we will definitely be returning. Thank you, Brother Dawood, for everything!

Location was good, room size was very well for 3 of us. Staff was very responsive.

A bit of mould smell in the room. Room requires a bit of renovations.
