Every staff member I encountered was welcoming and friendly, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the facilities needed for a relaxing stay. From the cozy bed to the amenities required in serviced apartment, everything was thoughtfully arranged for convenience and comfort.

It would be great to have more facilities such as a pool or a gym. Additionally, the current TVs and channels are quite outdated. Installing smart TVs that allow customers to connect to platforms like YouTube or Netflix would greatly enhance the experience.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Numan, who helped me arrange a taxi and a car for a half-day city tour and for a day tour to Taif. The room is spacious and equipped with a kitchen. Also, the bed is really comfortable.

The only one thing that bothered me was the smell of smoke coming out of the ventilation system because some guests ignored the rules of not smoking in the nonsmoking rooms. It would be perfect if there were separate floors designated for smoking or nonsmoking rooms.

The fragrance when you enter this hotel .. very refreshing .. staff is welcoming specially Noman and Ahmed both were super courteous and helpful they arranged bed for our kids on request .. booked a studio apartment .. just one complain thr used to be smell of smoke in room after cleaning otherwise thr breakfast ,, thr staff hotel management everyone was really helpful

Thr was no proper partook for shower area and toilet water used to come out of shower area whenever take bath

The hotel is beautifully decorated and the customer care was exceptional. Room was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again for the next visit.

Slight smell of humidity in the room but we managed to remove some of the smell by opening the window.

The best apartment hotel I have ever stayed in. We ended up booking a 2 bedroom apartment but were upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment that was so large we could have fit another entire group. We loved this place so much! I'll definitely be back when I'm in Jeddah again. Thank you so much for the pleasant stay.

The only downside is that we only had 1 day to enjoy this place, wish we stayed longer.

Chicken nugget for my kid.

I made two order of chicken nugget for my kid but being charged different price. First order was per hotel menu for room service and another was extremely expensive might be double or triple times as compared in the menu.

The staff at front desk were very friendly and helpful and very generous with us for late check out

The room was very cold for us even after turning off the A/C and bathroom was not very clean and the telephone was not working at all I had to go down to the lobby to tell them what I need
