The suite was very spacious. The beds were so comfortable the blinds blocked out all the sun from the room was great! I had a very good night sleep. The gym was small but functional. The rooftop was great The pool was small but was able to do some laps the view was just gorgeous! The bathrooms in the rooms were okay sometimes there was an odd smell when not being used. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful!

Only had over the head showers. Not very inclusive for people that do not need to wash their hair everyday. The carpets were a bit dirty and with weird smell if the aircon not on

All but the ... cleaning staff and Housekeeping staff was really arrogant and rude. Receptionist was really kind and helpfull. The other staff was not listening to the receptionist or other staff above in ranks. Really rude to argue in front of costumer. Kindly trains your staff mentioned above....i guess they was from Bangladesh or Pakistan these rude employees/staff.

All was superb.....but as mentioned before the staff of Housekeeping and Bell boys was really rude.

The staff at the reception was just amazing. Very nice people! Also I liked the free drinks and dates downstairs that were sometimes available. The pool was fine, nothing special but it was enough for us. There was also a place where to sit in shade next to the pool. The room was spacious, as well as the bathroom.

Pool towels were available only on request but you had to see someone near the pool, otherwise you had to go down to the reception. The water from the shower was getting everywhere on the floor in the bathroom. The hotel needs some renovation, as well as the rooms.

The shower area within the bathroom did not had a door and that made a mess on the floor whenever you take shower. So they need to put a door to shower area Although cupboards were clean but there was some wood polish smell in the cupboards

I booked a family room to share with friends, with two separate bedrooms. Each bedroom and the suite as a whole was very spacious and very comfortable. The room was equipped with everything a traveler needs. Breakfast was good, although not great. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and my requests were handled promptly.

While the location of the hotel is very central, anywhere I needed to go I had to use a taxi, and it was always a minimum 15-20 minutes ride. However, taxis are always available and arrive quickly. Also, I didn't like the smell in hallway on the floor.

The staff were excellent - not sure what i would have done without the help of the hotel manager, Krishna Kumar. Kumar organised a taxi driver to drive us around Jeddah. I provided a list of locations and Kumar put together the tour for me after my original tour fell through. Bonus - was almost 3 times less expesinve and i got to see everything i asked. Also, the taxi driver brought us to a hospital to have our PCR test done and the next morning took us back to get the results. Excellent service and highly recommend speaking to Kumar if you want a tour. All staff were very helpful. The breakfast was very good - large selection. Room was very large and bathroom was huge.

The bathroom, although huge, needed a bit of tidy up work done. Parts were rather old and in need of repair/renovating. Although i loved the shower the unit was open to the bathroom so water went all over the floor which became very slippy. Only other thing was the server in the breakfast never had his mask on correctly - it was always below his nose which isn't good when around guests and food.

The accommodation was very good. There was big enough room with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a cosy hall with electric kettle, water, tea, coffee and sugar. Good location, free parking, wi-fi, friendly service.

At the bathrooms there were only ceiling shower, no flexible shower. It was uncomfortable, especially if somebody doesn't want to wet his or her hair. There was also only one bath towel at the room for two. Besides, there were not hand towels.

The first room I was in (306) water was stagnating and a lot of bugs flying around for the water. Also, the airport shuttle forced me to stop at an ATM to pay him SAR 100 for the ride. Uber would have been way cheaper, I thought the airport shuttle was a free service.

The hotel is really nice. The rooms size is good, room was clean and the furniture is new. The staff from the reception is very friendly, polite and helpful. The hotel is close to city center, a few minutes by car. Everything was good there. Thanks!

The hotel does not have laundry service and room service guys refused to take clothes to the nearest external laundry. The receptionist says there is a laundry shop near the hotel and someone from the room service team can help but they do but they don't. I was disappointed. The thing is that the hotel included laundry service in its list of facilities in booking.com and I took that as a fact. So the hotel or booking.com should fix this for people like me who are interested in all offered services by the hotel.
