Everything is excellent and fantastic. Rooms are good, comfortable and spacious with all facilities that you may think you need. When you have a short stay, you want to stay at a place that may cater all your urgent needs and hence you need a home. This hotel is a good home like with smiley and responsive staff and all facilities available. Quick laundry service make you further comfortable and easy.

Non availability of formal restaurant. the lobby is also old fashioned and improper.

The hotel is clean and the staff helpful. Everyone I spoke to at reception knew some English. The room was decent in size with a hotpot, and though we faced the main street (which is always full of traffic) we didn't really hear it at night. The parking area next to the hotel had plenty of spaces. There is a big grocery store about 10 minute walk south, and there are a few small restaurants nearby. For the price I thought this property was good value.

The location is far from most things tourists are interested in. It is easy, however to get a taxi quickly from the main street.

I have a suggestion like better to fill the provision like water, coffee powder , tissues like that for one day no problem but rest of the some times we are out of tissues. Second thing better to change the bath towels at least 24 hours once . Other than that we are satisfied.

The Superior suite was spacious. When I booked through booking I didn't realize that there's only one big bed. When I saw the room I was surprised to see only 1 superior bed was available and there were 4 of us. However since it was a spacious suite the staff provided us with an extra duvet to be used as a mattress. We had a very amazing stay there. Price wise it's very more than reasonable.

value as expected, but the staff was more than expected, It was great helpful staff, and they encourage you to visit the hotel and Jeddah more than one time, great service and representing real Saudi hospitality, especially Saeed Jadaani and Aryaf. it has big parking and near to all needed shops and services, the way from - to airport is great.

The room overlooking Obhur creek had a fabulous view. Staff were amazing. Sauna steam room very good. Overall really great hotel

Gym needs a bit more equipment. Basic treadmill elliptical free hand weights and very basic multifunctional machine. Lockers' combination locks were all locked in open position so could not lock them. Hotel entrance on main road needs a sign otherwise you go full circle before you find the entrance.

This hotel feels like a home outside my real home. I have stayed there the three times I have been to Jeddah. The male attendant from Chittagong Bangladesh is so friendly and extremely helpful. The front-desk receptionist is extremely warm and welcoming and professional at the same time.

The room service is virtually very irregular had left my bag behind I had to send someone from Jeddah to pick up and drop off the bag to me in Makkah. Which cost me $80.out of pocket.

The other receptionist asking for a double price, we book because the price is very low then the new receptionist asking for double price which is not good. Next time follow the price of the booking.

A little extra training to front desk and the concierge bell boy will enhance the guest service aura.
