Perfectly situated, it allowed me to easily explore the area while enjoying the convenience of having everything I needed close by. However, what truly made this stay unforgettable was the staff. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Aluya Hotel in the charming Al-Hamra district of Jeddah, and my experience was nothing short of perfection. Location in Al Hamra is very close to almost all good places in Jeddah ( attractions and restaurants) Comfortable rooms feels like home Nice smells always in the hotel Kind staff

1)The hotel has to mention his rules, for example housekeeping, we didn't think that i have to organise with them via a call, then what's the point of buttons clean outside of the room. 2) Housekeeping needs improvement in cleaning the rooms. Honestly, they will just do the bed very quickly and as well the bathroom , this is not acceptable for me as this hotel has the potential to be something more. 3) toilet water house is very weak there is no good pressure. 4) hot water is a very big issue it was not stable throughout the whole stay period. 5) breakfast selection needs more care

I found this hotel while looking for a stay near Jeddah Corniche. I must say that professionalism is the main highlight of this hotel. All the staffs speak English very fluently which is a relief for expats. Moreover, Aluya hotel staff actually listens to their customers and are willing to make adjustments as per the customer requirements instead of prioritizing their policies like many other hotels. The room and toilet was super clean, comfy and has all the required amenities. I was staying with my wife, and the privacy that this hotel offers is outstanding. Mr. Naif and Mr. Ahmed at the reception were very polite and helpful, and all other staffs at the hotel were equally helpful as well. They listen to your requirements and are willing to help at any time of the day. I will definitely stay at Aluya hotel for all my future stays, since there is no need to look for any other options. There are a variety of food options which you can order from your room. The location is also great, and has easy access to all major attractions in Jeddah. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who expects a clean and comfortable stay.

Amazing stay with exceptionally welcoming and helpful staff. This was our first time visiting Saudi Arabia and everyone was happy to help us with everything we needed. Breakfast was very good, with different varieties of food for everyone. Also sometimes we would go to their restaurant for lunch where even outside of mentioned working hours they would prepare meals and serve us. Room was clean and spacious with comfortable bed. Since our last day we were at F1 race, after which we had the plane, they kept our luggage after the checkout. For us it was really nice stay at Aluya Hotel.

The hotel is super clean, staff are very nice and welcoming. Location is the best ever since I travelled many times to Jeddah. Walking distance to the beach (15 mins). Convenient stores are all around. A lot of restaurants are near by & so fun to walk outside every day because so many options near by. We got a good nice city view for our room. The room is big and quiet, we slept comfortably. Fast room service, spacious bathroom. Plazas, near by, are almost 24 hrs. open. Overall we are very satisfied for the affordable rate we got in this area. Bonus, this hotel is 8 months new, furniture is very clean. Wi-Fi is perfect, TV has many apps to enjoy. When I booked on booking, I preferred to book just for one night to check the quality of hotel & service, next day, I decided to extend my stay for one more week. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who want to enjoy his/her vacation in Jeddah.

Nothing, everything is wonderful

I had a very pleasant stay at Aluya Hotel. The best part was the location: Al Hamra, and in particular Palestine Street, is a lovely neighborhood with plenty of restaurants within walking distance, which I really appreciated. If you’re a tourist like me, it’s also very close to the main attractions (by car). The room was beautiful, spacious, well-decorated, and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were cozy, and the bathroom was nice as well. Moreover, breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The staff was warm and attentive, although communicating in English was sometimes a bit challenging with some of them. A special mention to the Sri Lankan staff member—I unfortunately forgot his name, but I truly thank him from the bottom of my heart for his kindness and helpfulness!

The view was not the best

The executive suite is very cozy, comfortable and well furnished. The bed is super! 90⁰ view of the city from the windows. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable as well. The breakfast is good. Good location

I couldn't use the bathtub, water was spilling out from the bottom as I opened it. No furniture for the kitchen. Laundry service is poor, I had to push them to have my clothes back and they turned them back with a missing sock. The hotel called the laundry in the morning and they soon found the lost sock but they returned it after hours in the afternoon. They left it directly out of the room but I checked out in the morning! So they had to look for the sock once again.

This is a comfortable hotel. The neighborhood is quiet, a block from Falasteen (Palestine) Blvd, where there are lots of food options. The staff at this hotel are just great-- kind, helpful, caring. The breakfast was good. The hotel is about a mile from the Red Sea corniche.

I had to change rooms because cigarette smoke was seeping in through some kind of vent. Be aware that this hotel does permit smoking on some floors. After that, no problem. The location is pretty far from the sites but there is probably no good location in Jeddah unless you want to be near a mall. Jeddah is spread out with giant boulevards.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious and exceptionally clean, with very comfortable beds that made for a restful sleep. The location is perfect—close to everything I needed—and the staff were friendly, helpful, and always available. Overall, an amazing experience and I will definitely be coming back again.

The only minor drawbacks were having to call for some basic amenities like bathroom slippers, and the sound isolation between rooms could be improved, especially for light sleepers.
