The breakfast looked delicious. Huge variety of beautiful food laid out. I enjoyed some chicken caesar salads late night. High quality food.

The staff was wonderful except for one arrogant young receptionist in the afternoon. Everyone else was super super hospitable. The only other issue that people should know of is there is that the sound travels through the hotel so if you need lots of rest, maybe use some earplugs at night cuz music is thumping late night every night with upstairs hookah restaurant lounge with nice view of the Red sea.

It was spacious and clean. The view was stunning. Armani at the front desk was amazing. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent. A variety of dishes. The background music was so relaxing. Will definitely recommend this place to others. I will also definitely come back for another stay.

The noise levels especially the cleaning staff with vacuuming etc all parts of the night. I realize it’s a business and the apartments have to be cleaned for others.

The Bangladeshi staff are too helpful. Hotel room is good and clean. Location also really good, just besides the red sea. Uber is available here. Al Balad is 10mins from Uber. from airport 30mins drive.

My flight was landed in Jeddah at 12:30am, And I reached hotel for check in around 2 o'clock midnight. but I was informed my flight schedule them before. and booking.com also shows it was confirm. BUT! when I reached there for checked in , the receptionist guy was denying to give my room. they said it was not confirm! at that midnight I was totally lost! He was asking me to check-in their another hotel which is actually little far from this. And I booked this location because of Red sea. After showing them proper information they have to give me the room! which is really not a well professional attitude.

This is not my first reservation at Aster Hotel in Jeddah. I liked and still like in every stay I have at the hotel the cleanliness, the isolation, sitting peacefully in my room, and the room service that does not come unless you call them. All the services that the guest needs are available inside the hotel, and all the reception staff that I dealt with are kind.

After check in the room, we went to the Cafe to spend some time but there reception guy told us to pay 100Sar per person because of the weekend. Which I don't feel aster should take from the people who are already staying into the hotel. This should be free for us, that's the big turn off for us. Such a nice hotel but this makes us to re-think for the next booking

This hotel is reasonably priced. We picked this hotel for its reasonably price and by Red Sea that we visited by walking. There are a small grocery store and several small restaurants nearby that made our visit a pleasant one. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet at its restaurant every morning.

I asked the reception staff to send me the check out reciept by email since their printer was not working As they informed me, so they suggested me to send as PDF by whatsapp Unfortunately, until now i didn't receive it

On the top of the Hotel is a Bar and restaurant so the time to sleep is a loud and noisy music disturbing.

Helpful and nice personell, good choices of food for breakfast, clean and spacious room, water and tea provided in the room, supermarket and food restaurants nearby. We were served with cake in the lobby as it was National Day of Saudi Arabia
