The location is good. Middle of al Balad & middle corniche. We had a big arabic breakfast sent to our room. Out queen room was spacious conplete with microwave and coffee tea and a small fridge. My friends stayed at a one room unit. And they were happy

Communication is a bit hard. Reception speaks No english. Luckily theres a india housekeeper help us to settle our room

I liked the friendliness of the staff in the hotel, who were very kind and responded to any request. The hotel is very close to the Corniche. There is a restaurant and shop across the road. The breakfast, served in the room, was tasty and welcome! There are many parking spaces around the hotel. The value for money was fair. The bed was good, I rested well. There is good wifi. The air conditioning worked well. Thanks for everything!

They served breakfast, staff were nice and proactive. Spoke English too, overall, was a nice experience as I was able to get a nice room for myself and my family.

Not sure what I dislike, it’s been the best spot since my visit to Saudi Arabia.

Location couldn't be any better, being at walking distance to one of the nicest spots in the corniche and not so far by Uber of the historical center and other points of interest. The apartment is not properly maintained but is comfortable and spacey. Excellent night of sleep in comfortable bed and quiet surroundings. Good temperature inside even without using AC. European plugs available in the apartment. Very pleasant breakfast delivered to the room. Very generous checkin and checkout time. Drinks in the fridge were a nice touch. Quality towel.

The bell of the lift, very loud and disturbing, all the time sounding into the room. In general the place seriously need maintenance and renovation.

It was an incredible experience. The location is very central and quiet. The service was great, very attentive at all times. And lastly, the quality and price were excellent. We really liked it.

It's very nice place to stay with excellent service staff. The location is very close to Al-Balad from one side and Al-Corniche from another side. King Fahad fountain is very close and you can enjoy the beauty of fountain at night by walking few minutes. The breakfast was very delicious. The service staff was very helpful and friendly. The room is very much organized with all furniture. And finally it's very good for value.

Good location, the biggest fountain and a beach nearby. Large selection of restaurants. Hassle-free parking.

Leaking toilet. Bad shower, so there was still a puddle in the bathroom. A squeegee was missing so that the water could be cleaned up. Every day the room card stopped working, so she had to go to the reception to reactivate it.
