- Great location: close to the sea promenade, a big supermarket Bin Danwood is just 2 min away. - Great room size - Kitchenette, fridge and kettle were available and worked just fine - It was clean - Staff was nice, they kept our luggage for 2h after check-out. The receptionist was always present.

- Sewage in the shower was weak and the water flooded above my feet when taking just a 5 min shower - The room is much older than in the photos, much furniture is a little tired and needs small maintenance. There was a 'plastic' smell from time to time. - The pillows were too big and bouncy, but this is a standard in KSA

Pretty large room/apartment. Not sure if standard in all rooms, but there was a washing machine in the bathroom - very useful. Location is pretty good, close to lots of shops, and supermarket 100m away. Also only a few minutes to the Corniche for a good view of the fountain. Would definitely stay again.

Watch out for the lip at the entrance to the elevator, tripped over that a couple of times before I got used to it. No other issues with the stay.

Great apartment, very well situated, only a minute from the corniche, close to restaurants and shops. Very nice and helpful staff, they will go out of their way to help you. They have been tremendously nice, welcoming and helpful and has helped sort out a number of issues for us. Very clean, spacious and well furnished.

Excellent hotel. Nice view.and nice location people very helpful. Especially Abdul aziz and ابو سعود was very helpful respect. They are amazing person. Smiling positive energy all the time that is make. Stay blessed happy and love the hotel due . Help and make my stay very comfortable

Location was very good, just 3 minutes walk from the beach. Accommodation was good. Restaurant of various quality are available. However surrounding cleanliness specifically from Accommodation to beach need attention.

Cleanliness of road from accommodation to beach was not clean

One of the coziest places you can find at this price. Super clean and I felt like in spa when I first entered. Perfect location where you can easily find supermarkets and restaurants in two minutes. The sea is three minutes away. Be careful you might want to live there forever😊.

It was much more than my expectations, honestly.

The room was newer and had a better layout than the pricier room we had the 1st two nights. It had even a washing machine

The window had a view towards a wall few meters away and there was no natural light at all. Had to ask the WC to be recleaned when we entered the room..rest was clean

Absolute value for money, location is good, housekeeping team/front desk staff/bell boys are all wonderful. Comfortable stay in total.

Poor wifi connectivity in the bedrooms Sanitary smell in the bathroom sometimes.

The location is perfect. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around the hotel such as Bin Davud, Mcdonald's etc. The room was clean and kitchen appliances were present. The ironing board and iron were available.
