Nice reception and staff are pleasant and efficient. Breakfast was adequate and varied . Kitchen staff were mostly accommodating and helpful. Rooms were nice size with beautiful fluffy bed and good linens . Quiet as well . Two markets to pick up water and food within a few minutes walk.

breakfast could have been a little warmer. on the map it looks like you could walk across the street to the sea But at busy times this can be problematic.. there's no crosswalk so if you go early it's okay. I think I would stay further north towards the airport..

The hotel is excellent to look at and is at par with the best. The lobby, reception, and the rooms were excellent in terms of facilities that are needed for a family. We got two adjacent rooms joined together and that worked for us excellently. Rooms were very spacious and one of them had a sitting room too. Certainly, this helped in getting our guests up to our room without any sacrifice to privacy.

Lighting in the bathroom, inadequate. the bath area did not have a partition led to the water flooding the entire bathroom. Sink in one bathroom was completely blocked. One of the kitchen sinks was stained dirty in a very horrible way. Staff could be a little more language friendly. Clean uniforms for these staff will go a long way to increase the hotels face value.

Our flight was late at night and the manager let us check out late for free. the room was really big and had a sitting room too the staff were friendly and management made it very easy for us to checkout late I would love to Come here again. The small beach area is very close where you can walk in the water about 5 minutes walk. there are a couple of restaurants and shops within one minute walk and more within 4 minutes. they have a steam room upstairs and some treadmills. downstairs is a pool table the rooms were very spacious we were very pleasantly surprised when we first saw our rooms

The price

The hotel is in a good location for business and leisure. They have adapted to an error in the reservation as I arrived one day before of what I've booked. They solved it very quickly and easy.

It's the first time I'm offered a room without windows. I've arrived late and they show me the room before to accept it, but I was sleepy and I didn't realize that the room didn't have windows until next day. I didn't complaint as I was going to be outside all time until going to sleep. I'm sure that if I complaint they will find another room for me as they are very helpful.

The design and location of the hotel is awesome and Ms. Nora in the front desk is so accomodating and assisted us perfectly upon our arrival😊😊oriental breakfast is perfect too.

the design of the bathroom (Room 703) is good however the shower area's floor is at the same level with the part of the toilet, water ran over in the other side when taking a bath and it makes it too slippery afterwards; the room when we arrived was entirely moist-all the walls, floors, the tables, mirrors and the desk infront of the TV and including the TV- I think the room's AC was kept ON for a lot of hours

The front desk staff at Ewaa Express Hotel Al Hamra was friendly enough to point me to the nearby supermarket to get something for Sahur since I arrived after the dedicated time. They were always available to answer questions and provide taxi recommendations for my transfer to Makkah. The hotel's location is also fantastic, with easy access to some of the best sights and experiences Al Hamra offers. Whether you're looking to explore the city or relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings, the Al Hamra branch of Ewaa Express Hotel is the perfect base for your stay. The management were very generous and helpful and always attentive to all customers and thier needs . Also there are bicycles to go round the block etc

- Internet connection was weak in the room. The reception said that the problem from the district, however, whose responsibility is it, I couldn't connect with my work partners during my stay in the room. - During breakfast, the oil was a lot on the French Fries, eggs omelet and Fava Beans
