Overall, a good hotel, comfortable and clean, with friendly and helpful staff. The beds are comfortable, and amazing water pressure in the bathroom. The location is great; it is just a short walk off a beautiful street filled with cafes and restaurants. Breakfast was good and the pool is nice and clean, but I don't think they use chlorine?

The fridge wasn't cold and had a damp smell. The iron leaked water and they couldn't provide an ironing board. Not huge issues, but if they were to check appliances to ensure they are up to standard, it would definitely help them get the highest ratings

Nice hotel. The Hotel have very good size rooms and bathrooms really happy with that. Breakfast was good with love kitchen. Staff was very nice in meeting and greeting. The reception is very polite people.

Access to hotel is having 1 ramp both for pedestrian and cars. Access ramp is very narrow. Double room not available other than part of family room which may disturb one privacy. The option was available only on smoking rooms. Though the smoking rooms does not smell any ciggerates

Reception desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were roomy and the bed was very large. The swimming pool was quiet and open from 9am - 6pm and whilst relatively small, it was good for my needs. Breakfast was plentiful and the omelette station made sure breakfast was served fresh/ hot. The area around the hotel looks a bit shabby, with building site at the back, but if you’re prepared to walk a few blocks, then the area is very nice. It also feels very safe.

I thought that the bed pillows were too hard and a pillow menu giving guests the choice of pillows would have improved the quality of my sleep. My room was only serviced when I made a point of going to reception and asking them to sort it out. I reported that the ‘clean me’ light wasn’t working, but it was never fixed. In 5 nights, my room was fully serviced on one occasion and on another day, I managed to get my towels changed.

Place was smart clean spacious and reception staff were friendly. Porters were friendly and helpful. Luggage storage was very helpful for me. Allowed me to leave my bags and shop / visit while my rooms got ready. Bathroom was very spacious with a large fully enclosed shower. Interleading rooms a big plus good for families. The coffee shop staff were also very good. The desserts were quite tasty.

Rooms were not ready at check in time had to wait until after 5pm for check in. The gym staff are unfortunately quite difficult. They kept interfering and complaining when we were trying to train.

The room is spacious, clean, and nice with a lot of sunshine from the tall glass windows. The deco is minimal, nicely carpeted, and complete amenities. Bathroom too was spacious, clean and properly drained, equipped with enough towels. The lifts were fast and goes directly to the parking space in the basement. The café has little pasties and selection of coffee, just enough. The location is quiet, walkable to Filastin Street and the middle corniche.

The pillows were a bit thick and stiff. The parking spaces in the basement were limited. The breakfast was not included in the room cost, even with Booking genius level 3.

Comfortable hotel during a business trip. Nice breakfast and easy lunch and dinner option, as well as a cafeside the hotel. Huge gym for women and men, and there is a small pool as well. Location: easy to get around with Uber and some supermarkets and pharmacies at walking distance. 10min walk to get to the cornich.

The pool could do with parasols to have shade.

Almost everything , thr spacious room , the cleanliness , the friendly reception staff and the quality of food was a surprise , it is like a very tasty home made food , not a commercial guest food . The sweets , the pastries and everything was extraordinary and believe me I had attended hundreds of open buffets.

The location is in a regular resedential area , so if you need a view this one is not for you , but everthing else is great. The parking has limited spots , you may need to park in the street.

Great location, close to harbour of Jeddah (Al Hamra Corniche), tasty breakfast including nice selection of food (including locally dishes), very friendly staff, great gym and rooftop swimming pool. In overall very nice experience.

Smell in the room was quite bad, I think that AC air filters in the room should be replaced

Although the Gym was ok, but all machines been from a chinese brand called Magnum and had low quality. One device for the legs broke even. And even the main trainer at the Gym was very friendly but he put the music always way too loud that I couldn't even understand my own content on Earpods..terrible. Lockerroom was a bit small. And in general people were more talking and giggling than working out. Waterbottles proved in the room were too small just 0.2 L

Liked the cleanness of the facility. Breakfast was very good.

There was construction going on around the facility and this was bit noisy. Moreover, for two nights the electricity went off for 10 to 15 minutes leaving the room pitch black during which the room’s telephone went off with no means of communication with the hotel reception team.
