Check in & check out was quite fast, which is a bonus for big groups like ours. The apartments were quite big & spacious. The kids loved the swimming pool and play area, where they also enjoyed some free snacks. They were quite close to the beach and the corniche, which had a lovely sitting space in the evening as well as a kids sand pit and play area. Many restaurants were close by, as well as supermarkets including Bin Dawood that was well stocked.

It was a bit outside the city centre so getting to shopping areas or malls was a bit of a hastle with a big group. We opted to just stay around, relax and enjoy the space.

We booked 3 bedroom apartment and what we received really exceeded our expectations. The apartment had 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 1 meeting room, 4 terraces and big and spacious living room... :) We also had a nice view to the sea and the swimming pool, staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is also perfect - beautiful and lively neighborhood with many restaurants, cafes and first class hotels, lovely park on the sea coast when and in the same time 5 minute drive by taxi to the old city Al Balad.

No hot water in all bathrooms but actually we had 4 bathrooms in the apartment so it was really not a problem :)

it will always be my favorite place to stay in jeddah.. everything is so perfect.. clean,spacious,the bed is like heaven the pillows where so soft like cotton, the pool was amazing. Its really worth it.. 2 times we stayed for 3 nights was so perfect... Will definitely choose to stay again..

staff and cleaness, staff came inmediatly to the room, guys from housekeeping kind, parking spot always available, quietly nights always this is a good point to choosing the apatments

hot water for shower did not work had to go to the hotel,apartments looks old fashioned if you compare the hotel, faucets and mobiliary seem to. berenewed

Very good location near jedda corniche, and I stayed for 3 nights. Clean environment, very spacious 3 bed apartment, especially the living room ,

The hair dryer isn't working the time we were there .

The apartment was very good and furnished excellently but there was no plates, pans, spoons all the kitchen stuff wasn’t there.
