My friend and I stayed for one night. The hotel was nice, with really impressive interior design. The room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and had a great variety. The customer service was outstanding. My friend ordered a pizza through room service but wasn’t satisfied with it. The staff responded immediately, offering alternative meals or other solutions. Their quick reaction and willingness to accommodate really showed their professionalism and customer-first mindset.

The spa area was a bit of a disappointment. The sauna wasn’t working, nor was the hammam. The swimming pool was quite small, and while the jacuzzi was decent, it wasn’t particularly impressive. If the spa facilities received more attention, this hotel would be truly outstanding.

Muhammad the baggage handler was really good, he greeted us at the door, welcomed us over to reception! Check in was quick and easy. Our luggage was delivered to our room right away. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. I liked being able to request a hot egg at the omelet station Room service was good. The order was delivered as ordered, In a timely fashion. food arrived hot and was tasty.

I didn't like the (non) view from my window. I didn't like the noise from the loud construction taking place right aside my window. The beach is not a close walking distance from the hotel as was indicated.

I was about to give a terrible review because of the "security" guard who preferred to sleep rather than allowing me and my family access to the parking lot during check in. I literally woke him up politely to let me in but he just opened his eyes and went back to sleep as we were not there. I never saw anything like that before. But then, all the other staff were on point, friendly and professional. Not to give a bad image to his fellow colleagues, the night security guard was alert, prompt and an excellent front line staff. I salute him.

The room was very quiet, spacy and with a huge bed. Rich and very good breakfast but the coffee options were very limited. The staff is very friendly and helpful, mentioning in particular.Faisal at the receptiom and another male employee whose.name unfortunately I don't know. The cleaning and kitchen staff was also friendly.

I missed free Saudi qahwa and daten at the entrance; maybe it's less habitual in Jeddah than in Riyadh.

could do better with cleaning since there was dust in a lot of corners and crevices. the decorative pillows on the bed were a bit dirty. the bathroom was a bit dark. the location was a bit cramped

My stay at the hotel was very good and the staff were also very helpful and kind. There was only one thing that was not comfortable. During my stay there were municipal works next to the hotel and also construction works it was very noisy because the hotel windows were not soundproof.

Friendly staff. Perfect bed having comfortable mattress. High-quality amenities. Generous breakfast offered in spacious room.

Only American coffee was offered in breakfast room. Rooms are soundproof (no noise from neighbours), but windows seem to be single glazed, meaning that street noise and airco noise from outside may easily penetrate the room.

The price for money is good in Jeddah. I would recommend to others. The location is within a comfortably walkable distance to Al-Hamra Corniche. The neighbourhood is relatively safe. The room is comfortable and clean. The touch screen lighting system is great. The room service is nice, efficient and is 24 hours, price is acceptable. The lighting is great. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The whole hotel style is modern. Air-conditioning is good.

The wifi is not that good and hot water of shower can be better.

Indeed, its very comfortable room space was good staff very friendly cleanliness perfect path room excellent the breakfast was awesome almost including everything you wish , I love the control system for all the room function by touch which was really something adorable .
