Excellent room - very large and spacious with plenty of room to spread out. Excellent wifi, which was important due to having several meetings I need to attend virtually. Convenient to the Danube grocery store, only a 10 minute walk away, and very friendly concierge service. Had a great stay!

The breakfast buffet had some interesting choices, but it was filling. I did have to show the front desk that I had already paid - perhaps it was a language barrier, but we got it sorted.

This time I was sent to the room by Concierge Mohamed Ali.. very friendly and helpful. He understands the conversation well. I'm happy with him, a good hospitality person. He offered assistance for transportation and checked out a place to wait as my flight was late. Thanks to him I feel welcome. I was ex Movenpick KLIA and Pullman Kuala Lumpur staff..we do want a concierge like him. Make guests feel welcome and friendly interact with guests. The room was spacious, the bed comfy, and value for money. The TV channel was good. This is my 2nd stay there due to my flight fully booked but overall I'm quite happy with the room.

The Front Desk counter staff was normal, I guess this is the culture they aren't friendly about. The room service menu was limited. Only 1 towel and brush, we have to call for it for the 2nd person, and to program the tv. Plain cloth staff came to our room to do the tv.. stranged Accor hotels working no uniform, or if even a francsisee should wear uniforms. Later found out the safe box was not working but couldn't be bothered to call any more bcos tired. The area is not much activity too. The hotel is quiet too. The corniche is quite far to walk.

I had booked the room through booking.com and paid in full at the time of booking. Booking.com had obviously failed to confirm the booking with the hotel and there was a delay to check-in and a very long check-out as they had still not receieved anything from Booking.com. Next time I will book directly with the hotel. Thank you Booking.com for wasting my time.

I like the breakfast and the cleanliness of the place. The room we stayed was renovated with smart tv and fast internet. It was a lovely stay. For the price I paid,i highly recommend it. Fast check in and check out.

The front desk takes a long time to attend to my request about the pool key. I hope they can assist guests more promptly and in a friendlier manner.

Good location- near to Corniche and easily accessible. Uber service was within 2 minutes reach wherever availed. Breakfast with a variety of dishes, with a wonderful Umali (an Arabic dessert)

The shower area was a bit too cramped. TV had only one English Channel

The room is spacious, great location near corniche, restaurants, grocery store, and good breakfast

The shower room flooring is not levelled properly so the water will stay on the side when you take a shower, and it is dangerous specialy for the kids, they might slipped
