Honestly I really loved how staff are taking care of their guests. This was the must important thing for any guest to look for. Before I used to stay at Hilton Jeddah but unfortunately lately it has been with the worst management ever. Since I moved to the ritz I felt valued and staff have been politely calling me everyday if I want to extend my stay and if I need any help. Thanks to all staff for the warm welcome at the front desk and here are some names I remember but doesn’t exclude the others. Thanks to Moluk, Waleed and Mr Khalid. I will definitely come back to this place

My recent stay at the Ritz Carlton Jeddah was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel welcomed and cared for with their top-tier service and professionalism. The staff were attentive, warm, and always eager to go above and beyond to ensure a delightful experience. The room was simply stunning—spacious, impeccably clean, and exuding luxury in every detail. It felt like a sanctuary, with its classic elegant decor and plush amenities creating the perfect environment for both relaxation and productivity. One of the standout features of the Ritz Carlton Jeddah is its location. Overlooking the Corniche, the hotel offers breathtaking views of the Red Sea, making it an ideal spot for morning walks or enjoying the sunset. The beauty of the surroundings perfectly complements the grandeur of the property itself.

The vintage design of the property really added to its character, offering a unique and cozy atmosphere. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, making me feel right at home. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, even calling to check on me shortly after I settled in. They asked if I needed anything or had any concerns, which made me feel truly valued as a guest. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a blend of classic style and attentive service. The corniche is just a short walk away, offering a perfect spot to enjoy the relaxing view of the beach. loved the complimentary cake and fruits – it truly made my day🥰.The breakfast also offers a wide variety of options to choose from.

© The property is stunning and well maintained! Very neat and clean. Lake, stores and restaurants are on walking distance. Staff is friendly and very helpful! The guy who gave us orientation and showed us auditorium was awesome and professional, sorry I forgot his name. Amer also helped us for directions and offered us tea. He also checked with us how is our room and he we needed anything to let him know. His support left a positive impact and we went three times to him for different questions. Please share my comments with staff.

What an absolute blessing to have experienced the Ritz Carlton through such wonderful people and just awesome service. Breakfast and lunch was absolutely sublime. Ibrahim, together with his colleagues like Sohail, took care of us at the Reyhana restaurant - were very customer centric, knowledgeable, and an absolute ambassador for the Ritz Carlton and the country of Saudi Arabia. They went the extra mile to ensure that we were comfortable. Moluk at reception and the young lady at Concierge were most engaging, friendly and also very helpful. Asad Khan was very enthusiastic to show us the facilities at the Ritz, his fruit platters were just so creative - presentation excellent. Sagar, and his team Sunil and Salman also excellent - were very kind and courteous and also went out of their way to accommodate the housekeeping requests and they actually surpassed my expectations. Marwah A.Saeedi recommended by Ibrahim and Concierge is a gem of a person and a tour guide - brilliant recommendation! On the overall, the employees at Ritz Carlton are such an asset! They are all gems and stunning human beings. May you all just grow and develop in your respective roles and be successful in all that you do. The weather :-) but this is out of your control

True definition of prestige. Walk in like royalty, walk out feeling elite. Friendly staff, high-end luxurious amenities, which make you want to stay in bed or the shower. We received a generous beyond expectation upgrade to an opulent suite. The fine detail of this hotel can only be appreciated by an eye that is blessed with capturing elegance. Walk in to a drop of the liquid gold oud on your skin that lingers for hours making you feel true arab aura captured in its scents that brim with affluence. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast package wasn't transparent, but was later resolved. Breakfast times are different on weekends which wasn't communicated due to which we missed Breakfast 1 morning.

The staff members were exceptionally professional, polite, and incredibly friendly. Their level of service was truly amazing. Moreover, the ambiance and lighting within the hotel contributed to a peaceful atmosphere, creating a sense of tranquility. Furthermore, the rooms were not only spacious but also clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests.

I experienced an issue with my AC, and it took Maintenance quite some time to resolve the problem. I would have appreciated if this issue had been addressed earlier. Additionally, I feel that the hotel could benefit from an upgrade in terms of style and furniture as it appears somewhat outdated. Furthermore, I believe that the toiletries provided could be improved and made more aromatic, and I suggest considering products from Le Labo. It would be desirable to have additional amenities such as a pool, shisha bar, and cigar cafe, similar to the offerings at the Ritz Carlton in Riyadh. These enhancements would greatly enhance the overall experience for guests.

We got the upgrade room for free. The room was incredible big and beautiful.

We went to Reyhana restaurant for dinner but they rejected us because of fully booked. The reception front desk was told me i can just come to the restaurant without reservation, after lil bit argue finally we had dinner there. Surprisingly until we finished our dinner only 1-2 guest in the restaurant (almost empty) which is not fully booked?!

Amazing luxurious atmosphere, classy and vintage.. old furniture but immaculately clean. The staff listened to our needs and we were surprised with Executive Suite upgrade, thanks yo Mr. Alaa. Location is nice, opposite Corniche, need a taxi to go to a supermarket to a mall or walk 15 minutes to reach any nearby shop. Cafes are nearby to reach within 10 minute walk. Will for sure recommend the hotel you all my friends and will be coming back again..

I love everything in the hotel although furniture is old but very clean and looks like vintage.
