I chose Centro Shaheen Hotel for my stay because it was the location for the A1 exam organized by Goethe Institute. I wanted easy access to the exam and less stress, making this hotel a convenient choice. This was my first time staying here, and overall, it was a great experience. Check-in & Service From the moment I arrived, the staff was very welcoming and professional. They were always attentive and ready to assist. The service was excellent, whether at the reception or the rooftop, where the staff was friendly and responsive to requests such as providing extra towels. Breakfast & Amenities I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a delicious variety of dishes, and the coffee was excellent. However, I noticed that the selection of desserts was limited or did not suit my taste. Location & Accessibility The hotel is in a great location, close to Al-Hamra Beach and many restaurants within walking distance or just a two-minute drive. My favorite seafood restaurant was also nearby, which added to my overall comfort. Additionally, the hotel’s proximity to the Goethe Institute made it an ideal choice for attending the A1 exam, reducing stress and making the process much smoother. Room Comfort On my first night, I had trouble sleeping due to noise from the neighboring room. The guests next door kept slamming the doors loudly instead of holding them, which was quite disturbing. Additionally, the room’s soundproofing was not very strong. However, the hotel management handled the issue professionally, offering a room change and even upgrading my stay for free. I truly appreciated their kindness and the way they addressed the situation. Final Rating Despite the minor inconvenience on the first night, the hotel’s professional service, excellent location near Goethe Institute, and overall hospitality made my stay a pleasant one.

Well managed & maintained hotel, outstanding cleanliness. Could not spot any issue or service failure . I stayed at many hotels in Jeddah and this hotel is one of the best. Underground parking available which can be accessed with room key, very nice pool at Roof Top, excellent room service, Starbucks coffee available at hotel lobby, fresh amenities. Unique and spacious family rooms available. Highly recommend for business travellers and families.

It was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. Rooms are very big, clean, cosy, and clean with a nice sitting area and a great vibe in our case ( on King's Fountain). Amazing breakfast with a ton of local dishes to choose from. We appreciate the free coffee and dates available all day in the reception area and that Mr. Bassem ,the manager, took the time to ask if we need anything or if we have any complaints. Location is really good you can reach all main sights in Jeddah.

The room was good. The Person who is in charge on cleaning the room and providing the towels and water is amazing. He always greets us with a wide smile and makes us feel very homely. I really wanted to know his name to mention him in a comment I am sooo thankful for his politness and hard work, he was in charge of room service in the 10th floor. The breakfast was very good, good variety, and gluten-free alternatives because I am gluten intolerant.. There was a captain there that helped us and served us his name was Toufik. The lifeguard beside the pool Anmar, although he was new, but was very helpful to us and our daughters while swimming, he always ensured that pool was clean and dry around the pool area so no one will slip.

Check in process was very good and very welcoming, friendly staff on reception and in the restaurants and they look after you well. Hotel is generally a good business hotel for a short stay and rooms are comfortable. Nice gym area and pool area on the roof and nice little Deli with Starbucks coffee on the ground floor in the entrance lobby. Very good location for this end of town if business is that end, but then quite difficult to get around in taxis as area is quite busy and surrounded by busy roads, especially at night.

Air conditioning was a bit loud but bearable and bathroom area was a bit smaller than expected but ok for a one-night stay on business. Breakfast experience was not as good as i hoped and the food whilst looking good was lacking flavour and left out for a while as buffet style, limited choice and lacking on the presentation side. One thing i would say is it is during Ramadan period and minimal users of the restaurant, so this might have affected levels of food replenishment and choice, I cannot comment during normal times of the year.

The food, the location and the pool is excellent. The rooftop pool was nice, because it was nice to refresh during the day and to sunbath also. The facility has also a great underground garage. Yes the rooms might be slightly outdated but they are still ok. Don't expect luxury but everything is quite on the level.

Maybe the refeption staff should give a slightly more drtails upon the arrival-like the breakfast and dinner times etc.

Both breakfast and dinner were really wonderful. Rooms were nice and clean and there was a really warm swimming pool on the rooftop terrace.

Hotel location is far from main attractions and there's nothing around the hotel. Reception employees were not able to provide invoice, we had to communicate via booking.com support.

Again the breakfast was up to it's usual standards Only problem was I did not allow myself enough time to properly enjoy it. The rooms are clean, bed very comfy, nicely fitted out.

No fault of the hotel but access to it by car or taxi is difficult and normally get stuck in slow moving, bumper to bumper traffic.
