It was an incredible experience. From the excellent services provided by receptionist Mr. Faisal Alhaji, special thanks for him for warm welcoming and special attention throughout my stay, make everything more comfortable and seamless .

We loved the check in experience, we were given a warm welcome in the room, me and my wife had recently got married and the hotel room was very nicely decorated to celebrate that, with roses and complimentary desserts/snacks, the hotel was very modern and clean, the wifi was fast, the breakfast was great

The location of the hotel was the only problem we had, there were hardly any places within walking distance, the closest place was the emaar hotel which was 10mins walk, I understand that there are plans for further buildings to be built but until then, there should have been a shuttle service to the main roads

May God bless her heart in sha' Allah. The room was very clean and the bathroom as well. No unpleasant odors whatsoever. The food I tried via the room service was always warm and tasted good. Even the bellmen had a kind smile on their faces. THANK YOU VOCO JEDDAH GATE FOR THE VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. You will remain my first choice for any future trips to Jeddah.

For people who like room views, mmmmm ... No view whatsoever 😊 But my personal preference remains the cleanliness and the professional staff.

The facilities were excellent - Gym Superb, Sauna, Steam and Pool Awesome. Lots of tech and plenty of power points. Also a nice breakfast with indoor and outdoor seating with a nice view of Jeddah. The staff were superb. The front desk folks were super helpful and Tamir the Physical Trainer (PT) from the gym helped me find an awesome restaurant at the corniche and even gave me a ride there after work...a really nice guy. Best of all the beds were super comfortable.

Its a need hotel so a few teething issues, showers in gym could drain better, there is nothing around it so you need a car or taxi to go anywhere, It's a bit isolated with vacant land all around. There was a stain on my carpet Rm809 which was odd for a new hotel.

Brand new hotel with amazing modern facilities. Lovely rooms and nice buffet breakfast. Pool deck area is beautiful for relaxation and has lovely views. Staff went out of their way to be of service, special call out to Faisal in reception and Saddiq in Concierge. Restaurant staff were very professional and efficient. Great modern restaurants within very short walk from hotel. Hope to return at stay at Voco again.

Location is a little way from city centre, but it didn't affect our holiday negatively.

Spectacular service from the moment we walked in. We were careless to book smoking rooms and Sultan immediately got it changed. The hotel smelt beautifully and rooms were in sound condition.

Location was not the best but access to taxis and cars made it accessible to go to places. I am sure in a couple years the area will be well developed.

I had a wonderful stay at Voco Hotel in Jeddah! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The front desk team made check-in smooth and pleasant, and the room service was excellent. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. Highly recommended – I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great services, all the staff is highly cooperative, Food is nonetheless. Venue, location, ambience, cleanliness, location.. All are true wellness experiences. Great property! Keep it up! =) My guests stayed for 4 nights/4 Delux King Bed / B&B. I am highly satisfied with ghier comments and with my choice of property.

It is not my first time staying in Voco, everything went perfect, the room was upgraded to a bigger one, the facility and location are very good, the staff are professional and very cooperative, check in went very fast, thanks to Ms. Ahlam who recognized the need of urgent check in. The food is very good and available through the day
