Great Service.. All the staff are very warm, specially the hotel manager Mr Haytham who is always cheerful and takes care to make the stay comfortable. Keep coming back here for all my work trips to Jeddah. Rooms are very clean and a great view of the small lake, specially from the top floor restaurant. Hotel has a lovely and extensive breakfast spread. Suggest to not miss it. Hotel is pretty well known to Taxis and Food delivery guys, ensuring smooth service.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and made me feel welcome right away. The manager, Mr. Haitham, was particularly amazing and outstanding, he checked on me to make sure everything was good, his warm welcome, hands-on approach, and genuine care for me truly elevated the experience. The room was clean and cozy, with a comfy bed and nice bathroom stuff. The breakfast was yummy, with lots of choices. Everyone was so kind and helpful.

Convenient to Al Balad, about 10 minutes walk along the very pleasant waterfront park walkway. Just across the road from the Cultural Centre where teamLab Borderless is. An absolute gem of a show!! Must see. The room is spacious with some views of the water. The bed is comfortable, bathroom amenities are good and the hotel supplies a lot of bottled water daily. The breakfast is substantial. The staff is generally courteous and helpful. There are a few restaurants within 500m or so but they were closed when I visited during Ramadan.

The pool is not available to women!

Area is under remodeling and parking facilities are not comfortable however I understand it is temporary

Room space and location was good I also liked the beds they were amazing. the view was nice and there are tons of stuff to do around the hotel

staff lady was kind of rude and didn't want to help and the house keepers put the sanatized seal on my toliet but it the toliet had a weird brown stain on the toliet that was extermely visable...

Smooth check in, (front desk young lady had zero personality). Nice big room. Great air conditioning. Great refrigerator. The other staff at the front desk were very nice and very helpful. Restaurant was closed but the meal from room service was great. Big very nice size room. Front desk arranged a taxi from the hotel to airport at an early hour, everything worked perfectly. Great central location to walk to the historical part of town.

I would have rated this property much HIGHER, if I had hot water. No hot water in the evening or early morning. I was on the 5 th floor and let it run for over 10 minutes +++ and never any hot water.

Every day they de- activated my key card for whatever reason,so had to run to reception to activate every day, annoying.Never totally sure if staff understood my English or if they really spoke English??

Room was very nice and big. Everything was clean. Personal was very helpful. Very big thanks for manager Haitham Omar, which every day ask about your staying in hotel, if it's everything all right. Highly recommend this hotel. Situated around 10 minutes by walk to city centre.

It is within walking distance to Al Balad. There is a beautiful park and a beautiful mosque nearby. Very clean surrounding.
