Convenient to Al Balad, about 10 minutes walk along the very pleasant waterfront park walkway. Just across the road from the Cultural Centre where teamLab Borderless is. An absolute gem of a show!! Must see. The room is spacious with some views of the water. The bed is comfortable, bathroom amenities are good and the hotel supplies a lot of bottled water daily. The breakfast is substantial. The staff is generally courteous and helpful. There are a few restaurants within 500m or so but they were closed when I visited during Ramadan.

The pool is not available to women!

Smooth check in, (front desk young lady had zero personality). Nice big room. Great air conditioning. Great refrigerator. The other staff at the front desk were very nice and very helpful. Restaurant was closed but the meal from room service was great. Big very nice size room. Front desk arranged a taxi from the hotel to airport at an early hour, everything worked perfectly. Great central location to walk to the historical part of town.

I would have rated this property much HIGHER, if I had hot water. No hot water in the evening or early morning. I was on the 5 th floor and let it run for over 10 minutes +++ and never any hot water.

Room space and location was good I also liked the beds they were amazing. the view was nice and there are tons of stuff to do around the hotel

staff lady was kind of rude and didn't want to help and the house keepers put the sanatized seal on my toliet but it the toliet had a weird brown stain on the toliet that was extermely visable...

Every day they de- activated my key card for whatever reason,so had to run to reception to activate every day, annoying.Never totally sure if staff understood my English or if they really spoke English??

It is within walking distance to Al Balad. There is a beautiful park and a beautiful mosque nearby. Very clean surrounding.

Can improve on the breakfast selection

It's a very nice hotel with all the facilities available at a very low rate. I'm sure that for my future trips, I would prefer it.

The outside the rooms are too much noisy, which is disturbing, and the management should ensure the silence on the floor without having sounds.

Polite and well-behaved reception and other service staff. Only door security personnel need more training and a bit of a welcoming attitude.

Spacious room, with a lot of amenities, comfortable bed, friendly staff, close to the historic part, on walking distance. Nice rooftop terrace.

There is a lot of construction work around the hotel, at night. So it was hard to sleep. Internet is not working really fast, you will not be able to watch a streaming service.
