Clean and spacious room with comfortable beds. Bathroom with separate shower and plenty of storage space. Free and spacious underground parking. The old town district of Al Balad is a 15-minute walk away. Generous at check out time,. Thanks

I liked that they're trying their best to make the hotel better and the room renovation process is excellent.

The lower garage has no elevators. They don't have extra blankets. But they try to provide the customer with what is available as an alternative. The hotel is old, and they're trying to make repairs, but the paintwork isn't professional enough. There is no receptionist at the main entrance to guide customers to receptionists. The pool and fitness hall do not work according to the announcement on Booking But I expect they're serious about the place being better over time.

I loved everything from the moment I walked through the doors the service was FANTASTIC. I did not mind that the hotel is a bit old, or not as modern, the cleanliness and service from the porter to the reception to the restaurant staff was excellent and pleasant. I would definitely rebook if I had to. I loved that they showed me to my room first to see if I'm happy with it before assigning it to me.

I had a wonderful experience during our first stay at the Grand Hotel. The amount we paid for the booking was definitely worth it. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was welcoming. The receptionist was easily reachable and fulfilled our requests promptly. The pool was clean, but there were a few things that needed to be fixed. The breakfast was decent, but I highly recommend requesting an egg omelet, as it was well worth it. The pastries were fresh and delicious, and they served bottled water with breakfast. Our overall experience was fantastic and nostalgic. Parking was easy, and the location is near old Jeddah with a perfect view.

The gym is currently undergoing renovation, and there is no pool attendant available. Additionally, the door of the toilet in room 1901 cannot be closed.

The hotel is walking distance from the old town, Al-balad. It's an old fashioned hotel, I quite liked it, to be honest. The staff was friendly and helpful, the check-in was quick and smooth. The room was spacious with a huge, comfy bed. Both the room and the bathroom were spotlessly clean.

The wallpaper was coming off in a few places and a few tiles were cracked in the bathroom. Nothing major really.

the hotel location , room cleanliness was good. but there is no turst . I had dollars and they asked me to pay in sar and it was late. I said I would convert the money to sar tomorrow, but they didn't trust me, they asked for 200 usd insurance ı mean safety. and I gave 200 usd. the next day I converted my money to sar and made my payment. I got my 200 usd back. I won't stay again. but the hotel is not bad. the price is good.

I stayed with family the reception guy was very cooperative so was the bell boy. At the back of the hotel was a variety of goods to buy in bulk. Kids loved the swimming pool and its ambiance. The breakfast was a bit more Arabic but it can be better with time. InShaa Allah Will recommend! Regards,

After 9 Pm could not leave with my family to roam around because there was a Sheesha Lounge around the corner so the ladies were uncomfortable.

Big spacious suite with all facilities and very comfortable beds, has basement parking, pool, gym, spa, sauna, restaurant, etc. Balad historical town is nearby and city is easily commutable as well during non-peak hours. It's actually an old property but personally loved it as it brought some childhood memories back, nostalgia!

Breakfast served as room service, old furniture and check-in took some time (however got an upgrade by the FO) but never mind these as it was great value for money with a courteous staff (Ziyad & Ahmed) so a memorable stay.

Had to breakfast in room, staff english could have been better, facilities (pool, gym) need to be renovated.

Its very near to all, and its in balad.. The pool was big we enjoyed the night swimming… the hotel smells so good and the room was so clean… I like the people in the lobby Marwa and Shakil and the receptionist Fahad.. breakfast is good as well.. we will come back for sure..
