I am a Canadian who came as a tourist to Jeddah, and I found the hotel to be good in general. But the wonderful one was Mr. Muhammad Al-Qattan. He is the supervisor who received me. I cannot describe how polite and kind this man is, and at the same time professional and practical. He practically met all my needs. Thank you, Mr. Al-Qattan 👍

A very good hotel, I will recommend it with an exceptional personal experience. an excellent lobby entrance. very decent professional and polite staff. A good value of money. Facilities in proximity. Good location with an easy in and out of the city. Tidy clean and spacious rooms. Clean swimming pool.

The receptionist and staff were very welcoming.I was able to interact with them in English language.

The black toilet fittings were inappropriate because one could not tell when it is clean or dirty.If the fittings were white in color one could tell it's neatness. Again, cigarettes smoke kept flowing into my room, and am allergic to smoke.People were smoking along the staircases.

Area - nicely located in highway near to many restaurants and small store Hotel - Huge hotel, classy and good staff especially reception Room - Big and clean with necessary utensils I highly recommend this hotel, good for family and couple.

No free Breakfast,but beside hotel There is a good Yemeni restaurant

Toilet and general maintenance could be done .. furniture and wall painting looks little older

The baba or we think the father/owner of the hotel is the one who help us in our technical errors and also there very accomodating and gives our needs so its a thumbs up!!! 👍👍👍
