Location! Location! Location! Walking area for many nearby resturants , cafes , like Tim Houton and half million...etc East access for taxis and uber due to near the main road, train station is 5 minutes by car. Views are beautiful on the main street. Breakfast buffet is great many selections. The resturant staff Miss Joana was very kind helpful and very professional. Gym facilites and swimming pool outdoor present which are good facilites. Reception front desk are the best , very helpful and welcoming and always smiling. nice to see daily

Only thing room cleaning you need call them if you want your room cleaned, even if you put a sign at the door clean the room , they will never come unless you call the front desk, as I tested them 3 days of my stay . Swimming pool and gym no staff around to help and no life guard around, so be careful , otherwise everything is great

Spacious rooms, cleanliness, friendly people work there, location near to cafes and restaurants, near to malls and everything, availability of toiletry, two small fridges available, quietness, parking floors, extra pillow and blanket in each room, nice GYM and swimming pool, and the hotel atmosphere is nice.

No microwave inside the rooms! Price of breakfast meal costs 50 riyals which is a little bit expensive! The climate was hot in the reception and lobby when we arrived 4 p.m. I think air conditioner was switched off there.

Location is superb, room was big and very neat, beds super comfortable, interior decor was amazing, the staff were very welcoming, particularly the guy at the reception when we arrived ( i think his name is Al dossary ), he also allowed late checkout at 3pm. Breakfast was great. The rooms and living room also had separate AC controls. Describing this hotel as 3-star on booking.com is very funny and deceptive

They didnt have slippers in stock when we asked for one, they only kept one slippers in the room for a family of 4

Casa Diora is a hidden gem in the beautiful city of Jeddah. The location was outstanding. The property was surrounded by excellent food outlets and restaurants and on the main road in An Naseem which was convenient for easy commute. The room, which was allocated was one the largest rooms, we have ever stayed in. The washroom was fantastic. The room was immaculately clean with beautiful city view. Whenever we asked for water or anything, the front desk and house keeping team were always responsive. The breakfast was okay, though not among the best. There was a beautiful fragrance all across the common space, which indicates the hotel's focus towards ambience. Whenever we called Uber to go somewhere, the car was available within 2 minutes. The hotel will certainly be our place of accomodation, whenever we visit Jeddah next time.

Everything was good. From the moment I arrived for check in until the check out. Good customer service staff - Basil was on reception. Muhammad Usman was the service staff. Smooth check in, pleasant staff, room and facilities were quite good and spacious, nice restaurant, great breakfast with good varieties matching good service. 10 out of 10 points from my side, expecting the staff to keep up the same level of service. My suggestion for hotel management, price is good. Do not increase.

The room is spacious and is soundproof. The location is excellent. They have underground parking which is good especially during summer time. Many restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

When I arrived I was asked to wait as the room was not ready yet which was inconvenient, then after a while when I went back to the desk they said sorry we did not see you sitting and waiting. All this even though I chose my check-in time 1 hour earlier and I did not get a response in the app. Then when I went to the room they were remaining food bits (popcorn and watermelon seeds). They don't give you 2 access cards. The TV screen is smaller than expected for a room with this size.

Room size and cleanliness

Customer service was not good and basic amenities like tooth brush were not available in the rooms. Bell boy service was not good. At checkout, we loaded the luggage ourselves in the taxi. There should be minimum lighting arrangement with auto lighting option in the hotel corridors.

There is a lot of choice for food for breakfast. Service is good. English is spoken. The room is big and clean. There are eateries and shops nearby.

The hotel is a bit far from the old town . The swimming pool is very small.
