The staff was very welcoming and well-mannered. Especially the two gentlemen عادل الجعيد and علي المسرحي God Bless them both. They were super helpful in accommodating our needs, listening and making some adjustments to what we asked for. The room amenities, bathroom, clean towels, availability of Qibla direction, all elements together offered a wonderful experience. Most of the facilities, restaurants, cafes and other stores were at walking distance from the hotel.

Mr Adel and Mrs Azah are welcoming the guests and they have fast response to solve anything could comes up, the room was pretty clean and comfortable all the needs were fulfilled by the staff, I extended my stay on the first and I came again by the next week, for sure it wont be the last time for me.

The hotel is clean and staff are welcoming. I booked online since about 2 months before, and did not have any challenge checking in.

The meal varieties listed were not available most of the time. I was forced to settle for alternatives.
