From the moment I arrived, Mohammed’s warm welcome, genuine kindness, and incredible attention to detail made all the difference. He truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and it’s clear he takes immense pride in providing outstanding service. Mohammed’s ability to anticipate my needs and make thoughtful recommendations elevated my entire experience. Whether it was answering questions with patience, ensuring a smooth check-in, or following up to make sure I was comfortable, he showed an unparalleled level of care. The hotel itself was excellent, offering clean and comfortable rooms at a great price. The breakfast was another highlight—delicious, varied, and perfectly prepared each morning. However, as wonderful as the amenities were, it was Mohammed who truly set this stay apart. His dedication and personal touch made me feel valued and appreciated in a way I’ve rarely experienced at other hotels. Cleaning is not bad but it could be better especially the sheets

All the staff is well trained, very courteous and responded quickly to all the requests. Special thanks to Ms. Sahar and Heba and the Boushi Khan (the maintenance guy) for accommodating my requests. Though the bathroom is kept clean but seems like the flooring and tiles need renovation. Same case with room carpet, they also need to be replaced. Their Salsabeel restaurant has fresh and tasteful selections. Very detailed room clean up service.

Hard to find parking in their Basement B1. Basement level B2 has no lift, you need to take the stairs to B1 and take the lift from there. Limited breakfast menu. The facade window was not sealed properly and had a constant wind-noise which was a bit disturbing sometimes.

This is my second visit to Jeddah. My first hotel was very poor and I was very unhappy. My second visit was at Warwick hotel and let me tell you, it was absolutely wonderful. They let me check in early! by 4 hours which I love. The staff were so friendly and attentive. Lastly, they upgraded my suite! I was unable to check out on time as I had work commitments and the hotel were more than happy to accommodate this. The food, staff, everything was wonderful. I felt sad when leaving the property as I was only there for one night. The price was affordable around 350 SAR for one night including breakfast.

The property was perfect. -Great location close to many to the train stations, restaurants, on the main road, easy access to the city. -Cleanliness: it was clean, 24 hours room services, instant responses from the services teams and front desk for any cleaning services -Staff: was very helpful, supportive, kind and attentive to our needs. -The food: was perfect. I had only breakfast and the options were great I loved the generosity of everyone there

Breakfast was good and contains nice varieties. The experience overall was up to my expectations, however, minor comments are left to improve the service.

Staff of the restaurant and chefs should smile in the morning and ask the guests about their experience, I have never been contacted during my breakfast even other guests. Also, the waiters should make the tables clearance away from the guests as it's too noisy. I faced a water leakage in the bathroom after my shower and thanks to Mr Maged, HK and Eng team in fixing the problem.

We loved our stay, there was everything we expected. The room was clean and spacious, the service was great and the staff were very hospitable and kind. We loved the breakfast and the variety of options. There was private parking underneath the hotel which helped our car stay protected from the sun. I loved the sauna and swimming pool. The location was great, there’s a mosque around the corner and it was close to food places, the airport, train station and the mall also. The has been our third time is Saudi and this has been our best stay overall.

There customers next door that were very loud but I wouldn’t say it’s the hotels fault, I’m sure they would have moved us to a different room if we had complained.

Warwick hotel surprises me with their good service and quality. Staff was very good. Room service and house keeping were excellent. Breakfast was superb with all variaties. I have stayed in warwick Alkhobar earlier and my expectation was not high but warwick jeddah has amazed me with their quality. Wifi speed was excellent. Excellent value for the money.

Location was a bit odd. They can improve the furnishing as i see some old marks on the wall. A working chair should be in the room to work on laptop.

Warwick hotel is one of the finest hotel in Jeddah very near to Al-Sulimaniyah Train Station (in case you are wondering to catch fast train to Mekkah). The facilities are top-notch and room size is awesome. Feels like you are in a mini-suite. Very clean and tidy, friendly staff and awesome host. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend for anyone who is visiting Jeddah soon. Neighbour hood is nice and lots of markets, food joints and malls.

Would really like to thank the staff especially ( Ms. EMAN ) , and say that being a receptionist is difficult sometimes but you have definitely made it different as we’ve seen with a smiling face and cheerful attitude and most importantly quick reservation check- in&out. Salsabil by Warwick is really very lucky that they actually have such an amazing receptionist for this hotel, who actually performs all her duties as well as all her responsibilities so very well each and every time. Just thanks will not be enough to appreciate your work. You are such a wonderful person whose work will never fail and thank you for being a part of this hotel.
