What I didn't like was when we tried to park our car upon arrival at the hotel. The security guard refused to open the gate, insisting that we needed to check in and get a room first before we could park. I explained that I needed to park so I could go to the reception to complete the booking process, but he rudely told me, 'I don't care, park elsewhere.' Even when I raised this issue at the reception, they said it was hotel policy. I find this policy strange and nonsensical, as I’ve never encountered such a rule in all my experiences with hotels.

The value for money is vey worth it the place is also located almost to all the places that need to be listed in Jeddah. The room is quite big and bigger than what I expected.

If I were to visit the place next time, I would ask to stay in a room far from the main road, as the people keep honking their horns in the morning time and the window isolation is not that good. So I think the stay would have been much better if I picked a different room.

Location close to the airport. Very clean and spacious rooms with lounges. Helpful porters with advice for taxis and also picking a taxi for ride to airport at 5 in the morning

No coffee in rooms or sachet of milk powder in rooms to enjoy with tea or coffee. Took longer than expected to checking in. Not sure why? As the room were booked well in advance.

A wonderful stay during my visit to Jeddah. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Everything was great in terms of facilities, cleanness, location and especially the availability of parking lots,, there are 3 floors for parking. Room is spacious and comfortable with contemporary furniture. Excellent experience with good prices. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect unless the room key, which was not working and everytime I need to go into the room I must tell the receptionist to ask staff members to open the door for me.

The rooms were gorgeous, very big with living room in the middle, tv in every room, overlooking the highway in front but very little noise. On the 4th floor. Incredibly clean and lit up. Facing Al Baik. And walking distance to Panda. They allowed us to increase our checkout time by 3 hours which was incredibly helpful!

The window glass in the 2 bed was broken, which was quite dangerous. The breakfast was mediocre. Would have appreciated buns rather than pitta bread but it’s fine.

The room was excellent, spacious, very clean, and very well equipped.

The location of the hotel is about halfway between the historic Old Town and the Corniche, both of which are a 20 - 30 minute cab ride away. Furthermore, being situated on the corner of a major intersection, trying to walk anywhere, is not really viable, as there are no safe crossing points to get to the other side of the road.

Room is clean and spacious. Very comfortable. Parking is available. Location is easy access.

No welcome coffee instead they have tea bag. Not enough towel. I requested extra towel but after few times requested then only they gave me 1 pc even I requested for 2 pcs.

Exceptionally clean, spacious and comfortable. The reception staff are polite and helpful. The rooms are much nicer than what appears in the photos.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Staff is super friendly and cooperative. They take good care of customers. All of them are good and Sultan helped us a lot.

the rooms are well equipped. the cleanliness is perfect. the staff are friendly. the food delivered to your room. The food was good, especially breakfast. their coffee was excellent, I had 3 machiato per day. everything was perfect. the staff are welcoming.
