Breakfast is the same everyday and it not tasty.

Near the coast and fishing spots. The reception is very kind and would answer you every time.

The AC in the bedroom is great but the one in the living room is old and need at least half a day until it can stabilize the hot room. You need to request the towels as it is not yet in the room. The outside walls are thick at the sides but kind of thin between the rooms so maybe you will hear people sneezing or coughing from next door. But you don’t really hear cars, which is good. Pick the corner rooms if possible, like 01 or 03

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel, and I would like to share both positive feedback and a concern regarding my experience. First, I would like to commend Mr. Moosa and Mr. Wael, the reception staff, for their warm and welcoming service. They were truly professional and made the check-in process very smooth. Additionally, I appreciate that a small issue I had was addressed promptly, and the reservation team was very responsive. Special thanks to Ms. Iman in the reservations department for her excellent assistance and support throughout the process.

Terrible breakfast and very late. Not worth it at all. I tried it once during 7 days stay and it took 2 hrs to deliver to the room and the quality was horrible. Also, multiple issues with electrical plugs and sudden power outages, although these outages were very short and they mentioned that they solved the problem after my checkout.

Fantastic stay. Our room was amazing with two WC, kitchen and great living room. The bed was very comfortable. Service excellent. Every question was solved immediately. We had breakfast in the room any time we called. I was very happy when the guys made a breakfast box for my sun at 6 am for the flight. Coffee, lemonade and dates were 24/7 at the reception. Location also great. If once day I come back to Jeddah, I will be definitely back to this hotel

I liked everything

It was clean and the view to the Lake(? I'm not sure what to call it but it's like a lake) was a plus. The room was tidy, spacious, remarkable for it's price. The environment was peaceful. There were freebies that were mentioned (soap, lotion, toothbrush and toothpaste, slippers, towels, tissues( although it wasn't readily available when we arrived) I needed to ask them about it... I asked for 2 beds because I was booking for 2 persons but they gave me for one person only ( but they readily gave it when I asked for it, which is in a way good because they didn't take long in giving it to us. The TV was working, there were 2 air-conditioning but only 1 was working ( no remote for the other on) there were power outlets beside the bed. There were also a lot of mirrors.

The parking in front of the hotel was small ( there was a bigger one at the back, they should make directions or instructions so that the incoming clients would not be waiting for a longer time to park if they know that there's more space for them without crowding in front. I appreciate being called about my arrival time but they called me 2x to know what time I will arrive which made me a little anxious why they were calling me again (maybe there was a miscommunication with the other staff) or they wanted me to give up my room? I wasn't sure. The directions in the map wasn't clear. I needed to call them to send me directions by whatsapp. They need to check the wardrobe cabinets because the smell wasn't nice. we didn't used it for fear of contaminating our clothes.

The hotel is in a convenient location. Its near to the corniche with a walking time of only 2 minutes. I like the fact that there is good parking on site with trees which can provide a shade for your car. The breakfast is delivered to your room and It has a good selection of Arabic dishes. The bathroom was clean, the guy at the check in was really nice, he let us check in 2 hours early, it was really nice of him. I would totally consider staying here again while visiting Jeddah.

The only thing that would have made my experience better if they provided a bit more toiletries, for example an extra soap. over all there is nothing to complain about.

The breakfast was basic but very nice. I have no qualms in going back to this hotel. The parking was excellent. i asked for an extra blanket and they expediently came with one. All in all a very smooth experience.

There is not much that I did not like. I don't really have anything negative to say about this hotel. Just positive stuff really especially when keeping in mind the price. The family liked it and want to use it again in the future.

Al Andalus Tolen is the best ever hotel I have stayed in till todate in Saudi Arabia. Madam Eman from reservation office helped us in the most respectful manner and we are thankful to her. Mr. Wail at reception was very welcoming and helped us a lot in making our stay a memorable one. The breakfast of the hotel has lot of variety and delicious. The room with sea view has a mesmerizing effect. The room service is emaculate. All the ataff is welcoming and hospitable.
