Excellent Hotel, much better than we expected. Bedrooms are spacious and clean, open living/kitchen is great for family sittings, kitchen is fully equipped. Service was also great, staff at the desk and bell attendant/porter were all friendly and respectful. There is also a mosque opposite the hotel.

Great view of the Saudi Flag Roundabout however the external windows need a good clean. There are no shops in close proximity. Breakfast menu needs to improve.

Amazing staff, great bed, delicious breakfast. Clean, comfortable rooms and hotel facilities.

There was a strong smell of smoking in a room with a "No smoking" sign. The towels smelled of cigarette smoke. The freezer compartment of the refrigerator did not close due to the large amount of ice at the bottom. I had to scrape that ice myself to close the freezer door. The breakfast room could have the same air conditioners as the rooms.

The apartments are modern and well furnished. Very well maintained building, and Rafi at the front door is extremely helpful. Mosque is right across the road which is convenient.

The block is close to the corniche but on the quiet end. You have to use a taxi for restaurants etc. Breakfast was limited but enough variety for a short stay.

We had a suite which had 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms and a living area with kitchen and washing machine plus full size refrigerator this made it very convenient and enjoyable for our family of 5. Location wise also located close to the Balad, Al Hamra, Andulus and Tahliya area

The breakfast was a bit limited. The electric stove wasn’t working but we didn’t bother as we were eating out and the parking spaces were limited especially on the sides where the parking spaces were taken by Big Garbage cans with lots of cats around.

The rooms are spacious and clean and the atmosphere is very nice and welcoming

I forgot my pyjama at the room and I called the hotel few hours later asking them about it so I can go and collect but I was told that they don't have it. I don't know how can that be possible. That's an official complaint

From the Reception the lady very polite and accommodating. Even the manager on duty Mr. Ahmed was around and checking the guests needs. To Mr. Ahmed, we highly appreciated your courtesy and accommodating with us. Facilities are clean. location is nearby and accessible in restaurants, supermarket, and even in seaside tallest fountain. Family friendly Hotel, that makes me highly recommended to my Friends & Family. We will come back for sure on this Hotel. again, thank you.

Good hotel for a very good ratio quality/price. Breakfast correct for the price. Easy to access. Nice room and very good bed. The staff is nice and competent.

Our hotel stay was great. We were lucky to get that clean, nice and big apartment. we have requested extra bid and it come in few minutes. the hotel staff were very cooperative. the location of hotel is great, we were in center of all tourist places in Jeddah.
